Kudos to this place for the PRICE and the quality of food and service they maintain. For $5.99 per person buffet price you get variety of pizza, desserts, and salad bar. This is incredible kind of deal. They also seem to strive best to maintain cleanliness and prompt refill of pizzas. Staff is friendly and seating is ample. Only thing could be that the pizza may not taste as great as available at pizza hut or other chains…but i guess you are paying a lot less money than outside. Definitely worth a try at least once.

0 stars for the cleanliness. I was with a friend who was paying or I would have left. Not a decent place clean to sit and eat. That is of course if you care about sanitary eating conditions. All the pizza flavors were bland, fountain pop watery. Gross just gross. Ate as little as possible. Never went back and I highly doubt I will be.

We first tried Cicis in Florida and really enjoyed it so we were glad to find one “closer” to home. I live in Canada so it’s still a 4-hour drive from me but we visit Erie, Pa quite frequently and stop by this location on every trip. First off, you can’t beat the price which is why you need to align your expectations with the other clientele you’ll be dining with. People need to understand that it’s a buffet, not a race. There’s no need to take two or three whole pizzas back to your table for your family. Leave some for the rest of us so that we’re not waiting. Also, the amount of food wasted is shocking. With that said, it’s the staff at this location that really make a difference. Everyone from the front-line to the Manager is super friendly, attentive, and quick. My whole family enjoys the food and we’ve never had any issues. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

I on purposely did not choose some things until I seen the new of it come out. However at that point everything was so perfect. Thank you. I haven’t been here in years. Was not packed and was peaceful. The cheese bread was absolutely my favorite for the evening. So many great choices. Great job. Crew could be a bit more social with customers rather than themselves. Otherwise very good place to eat.

Pizzas are fresh and they restock the food island constantly. I wish there were more varieties, though. They offer only four to five flavors. Place is clean. The location is far from the business strip. They could get much more customers if they were located on Peach Street.

Food was good. Place was clean enough. I prefer my restaurants to not keep cleaning supplies and carts in the way of walking around but to each their own. The staff was helpful when ordering different pizzas. I would go again.

Good price as long as you get water. Drinks are expensive. Not very clean, employees were dropping plates everywhere and sweeping next to where we were eating. Also, if u want a pizza u must request it to be on the buffet and it will in a few minutes. The salad lettuce was kinda brown too. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese pizza.

This place used to be good. Now they got rid of my favorite kind of pizza; the BBQ pork one, and their quality has dropped. It’s always dirty and tables are not cleaned off. Their salad bar sucks now and their ranch dressing tastes like it came from Save A Lot. It’s not worth going anymore, which is sad, because it used to be a fun, different place to enjoy a buffet. Avoid it if you have standards.
