I wish I could give Cibo more than 5 stars. The food is extremely fresh and beyond delicious. I get the Broadway sandwich with white truffle oil, or the hot panini, or the meatballs. It’s genuinely the perfect sandwich and maybe the best meatballs I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are sweet and work super hard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CIBO if you’re looking for authentic Italian deli food and a lovely ambience.

Chicken parm sandwich was good, but my wife’s spaghetti and meatballs ran laps around it. Cannolis were delicious. Looked like there were multiple drink specials worth trying out for our next visit.

This place is a hidden gem in Carrollton! One of the best Italian spots I’ve ever eaten at and the staff is so wonderful. The food is very high quality and everything I’ve ordered from there for my family has been fresh , delicious, and consistent. The staff was so sweet to my 22 month old son while waiting for our take out order today and I will definitely be coming back here. Their Meatball sub, Chicken Parmigiana, antipasti salad, and spaghetti are all so scrumptious and satisfying. I can’t wait to try everything on their menu.
