I think ingredient wise everything is fresh and delicious. However, I will say, I think we need some extra training and how to put toppings on a slice. I came in to get two slices and the toppings were just put on top, no cheese didn’t have enough time to melt so all my toppings just kept falling off as I was eating my slightly warm pizza. I myself am also originally from New York City and there is a certain way to put toppings and then he put a little bit of cheese, so that it melts and hold it together.

I dont believe I have ever once taken the time to write a negative review.. ever. But after my experience with cibellis tonight, I cannot withhold warning others. I ordered a 24 inch giant with just sauce, no cheese. Yes it sounds weird. Yes I’ve ordered it before. I’ve been supporting cibellis for over ten years and have never once had what happened tonight occur to me until now. My body reacted as If I was given an entire bottle of laxative. I have never experienced stomach pain and sickness so severe. I do not have a sensitive stomach and I do not have any allergies. I have no idea what happened with my pizza tonight but something was different, and I am seriously suffering because of it.

I’ve tried a lot of pizza in Bend and this is my favorite. It’s thin crust New York style at its best. I wish I knew about this earlier. They sell slices, which is hard to find and Noah behind the counter took pride in his work. I would come back just because of that. Crust is everything in a pizza this crust is perfect. Soft but also crunchy, the perfect combo. White sauce is absolute fire and the pepperoni is up there with the best of them. I would come back in a heart beat. What an amazing pie and amazing experience. Best pizza in Bend.

Being a New Yorker(yes, another non native in Bend), I like to think I know a thing or two about a good pie. Cibelli’s knows how to do it right. The crust taste delicious, while also being the perfect NY slice thickness, it’s got a great fold. The sauce, 10/10, the perfect amount of cheese, and a generous amount of toppings *does the chef’s kiss*. If you are looking for great pizza, this is the only place to go(although other locations are just as good, west wide is just my favorite). Grab a slice for Paylay while you’re there

We made it just before closing. The two guys working were extremely nice. The pizza was very tasty. While we waited in our car for pizza to cook we watched them shut down for the night. I have never seen a more thorough job of cleaning. We were impressed!
