Great food but the waitress said she only got$5 when I gave her $25 so she probably stuck the 20 in her pocket. She had a really bad attitude and I’m never eating there again.

The atmosphere was nice, we were able to be seated by the large fireplace in the dining area, they also have a bar you can sit and eat at in another part of the restaurant. Food was good, very flavorful, I had the Shrimp with Linguine and asparagus. All entrees came with unlimited salad which was tasty and we also received a bread basket with two different types of bread within and olive oil with grated cheese and pepper for dipping. Service was good, waitress was very friendly and attentive. I never had to ask her to refill my drink she was on top of it. Would definitely eat here again.

last night was my birthday, and a good friend of mine recommended we go here for a birthday meal deal. Much better then the typical Mexican Village free birthday meal that i traditionally get. ON top of the $15 meal credit for it being my birthday there was a drink special at the bar, $2.50 mixed drinks. my friend had a grey goose lemonade and i had a makers mark and coke. AMAZING!! the wine list was very nice, the guy who took my order knew everything about the menu and took our order with no note pad. The house salad was great and the bread was even better. MUCH MUCH better then olive garden for only a little more.

A year ago I didn’t have the best of experiences here. This time around it was different. The food was absolutely incredible. I’ve never tasted food like this. 10/10 Furthermore, I had a waitress named Carol. All I have to say is she was nothing shy of incredible. Hats off to you!

My husband took me there for our anniversary. This was the BAD. First we sat for awhile with no service even though the table we were at seem to be in the middle of the runaway of a busy airport. We placed our order including app. and wine. The app. deliver by a different waiter. Our waitress did stop by and told us she would be bring the salad and bread shortly. 45 minutes after finishing the app. the salad and bread came follow by the main course (with no time to eat the salad). When I was half way done with the steak I ordered the wine was delivered. My waitress wanted to remove the salad which I have not even had a chance to eat. I have to more room to type the rest of the story-bottom line—spent two hours, drop $80 on two meals and when home to eat because I was hungry. WHAT A BIG WASTE!!!!!!

It’s always very good and nothing is ever wrong but at an average of $20 a plate, I don’t necessarily know what I’m paying for apart from ambiance. The food is always very tasty but I feel like it’s not much different than other Italian restaurants that tend towards the $12-$15 a plate range. Maybe they make things from scratch? I wouldn’t know because there’s nothing/noone telling me about the process or why it’s special.

Really good service every time we’ve been there. We have always eaten out on the patio which is great even when the traffic gets loud. Prices are good, middle range, I think. The food has always been excellent.

Common Sense
My wife and I are a regular here. We have an Olive Garden in town and lets just say this is much better. When the food comes it’s apparent this isn’t another chain where everything tastes and looks the same. I had the Lasagna here for the first time and it was fantastic. They have an outside patio, bar are and dining area. All are very nice. If you want the best Italian food in St. Cloud make sure you go to Ciattis!

I stood by the door for 5 minutes as multiple employees walked past me including the manager. There was a few people in there but there multiple dirty tables that had not been cleaned as the employees were sitting at a table talking. The waiter, didn’t give us the bread until we asked for it, then he didn’t give us the plate for the oil. My water was empty twice and I had to ask for it to be filled. It took at least 10 minutes to get my check. I was very disappointed in the overall experience I had and it made me more upset that the manager was engaging in allowing this behavior to happen. She never told the employees to help us when she clearly saw our glasses were empty and our cards were be ready to scanned. Very disappointing.

It wasn’t very packed when we got there so we got a seat right away and the workers were nice, the breadsticks were really good, but when we got our food my brother’s burger was RAW! I got Mac n cheese and I didn’t like it, it tasted burnt. But at least the manager didn’t make us pay for it!
