Food was good, Waitress did take good care of us. Enjoyed the food and ambience . But didn’t like the thing of paying extra dollars incase we are sharing food. But for rest everything else was good. It was not too much crowded.

Ordered ahead so it would be ready, said it would be ready by 4pm. Went there for 4:10 and they just started my garlic bread. Get back to work to eat and opened my garlic bread with cheese and this is what I got. Not even edible. Everything stuck to foil and bread fell apart. Not going back!

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. On Saturday I walked into this establishment and ordered a whole pizza with everything on it. Upon receiving and reviewing the pizza, it was under cooked, and I requested it be put back in the oven to be cooked a little longer. The employee became extremely rude and began arguing with me for not requesting the pizza be fully cooked when I placed the order. Ultimately, he placed the pizza back in the over, but by that time a customer was lost. The pizza was awful and I ultimately threw out most of the pizza. Would absolutely not recommend!!!! Try at your own risk!!!!

Dinning experience: Always served with respect and kindness. Fresh hot food with no long of a wait. I usually go for the pizza, wings, fries, mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, stromboli, lasagna. All satisfying and really good. Cheesesteak is ok.

Very disappointed with my take out order last night (7/17). This is the first time I’ve had a major problem with their food. For their high increase in prices you would think they would try harder to provide quality food so customers will come back. I have been going to Ciao’s for years but will not be going back. The fried zucchini sticks were so burnt that the zucchini was dried up. The chicken strips were overcooked and very dry. Done and done.

They have the best pizza and cheesesteaks! The customer service there is absolutely great! I recommend for everyone to go there and get one of their cheesesteaks! I promise you will never order from another place. Their prices are great too!

We have ordered from this place 4 to 5 times in the last year We love the food it is good it’s better than good but there’s one thing you need to know they have the best MEATBALLS I ever had in my life I’m 67 GOAT Billy is the manager possibly he may be the owner he’s a great guy they double-check the order before I leave there and always has one of his workers carry the box to my car we always get half tray meatballs and half tray sausage and half tray of pasta because we are sure to have leftovers for the next day.

Good place to get a pizza. Called in an order for a large pepperoni extra cheese and it was ready in 15min. Tasted great, but could have used a little more time in the oven. I almost ordered it well done, but I didn’t. Didn’t change the taste though. Good pizza!
