Went for a solo lunch. And I found this place to be perfect. The atmosphere is perfect for an intimate experience. Service was great. Waiters were very attentive. Now the food….this is when things get sketchy. The food is not great. Not horrible, but I believe their prices should also reflect that. My crab cakes were slightly overcooked on the bottom, enough to notice a charred taste. Presentation of drinks and food was divine, but I personally felt like everything lacked that deep flavor. Overall if you want to catch a quaint vibe this place could be a decent choice, however they need to humble their prices a bit. Would have gave three stars, but great service gained them four.

First time lunch with a friend here and had the lobster bisque and spaghetti carbonara. She had the truffle ravioli and we shared the brussel sprouts. Oh and I paired it with a sangria. Delicious. Our server was attentive and kind.

Oh may! An unexpectedly and unexplainable mix of wonderful flavors in this Tuna Bruschetta Appetizer (NOT ON THE MENU). They told me that is a new item, and that they are just “trying it” to figure if customers like it. I’m so glad that my waiter Arnulfo recommended it!. I’m beyond words. You got to ask for it. This should be a permanent item in their menu.

Went for Lunch and food was great and so was our server Alejandro. He suggested a grilled mistook platter that had octopus, calamari and shrimp in a balsamic dressing with arugula. It was great. We asked what his favorite pasta was and he suggested Rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce. It too was fantastic. Little bit of spice but not too much and not overly sweet like so many Vodka sauces are. Nice wine list. Had a really nice Amarone. Tiramisu for dessert with a nice hot expresso. We will back back.

Excellent, highly would recommend and will go back. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. The food was amazing we had the bruschetta, rigatoni, and chicken piccata. All 3 of them were excellent. Very happy we stumbled upon it.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. I gave 5 stars because everything about the restaurant, food, service, atmosphere etc were all 5 stars however the parking is a nightmare. If you go when it is busy, I went on a Friday night, you can not find parking. Several of us, I was meeting friends for a birthday dinner, had to park way down the street and walk. There is parking here and there but a lot of it is tow zone so beware. Other than parking the restaurant is a great little out of the way treasure. They make the pasta noodles and the bread they serve at the table was warm and delicious. The bar drinks we ordered were small for the price but tasty. Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely going back.

Ciao Ragazzi Restaurant & Bar in Chicago located in the neighborhood of Garfield Ridge is a fantastic Italian spot that offers an amazing food and is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great meal. The brick exposed walls and the dimmed lighting gives it the rustic look while the music playing in the background sets the perfect tone and making this the ideal spot for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming dining experience. This being my first time here, i had to order the ravioli was particularly noteworthy, it was the real star of the show, It was absolutely out of this world. The pasta was cooked to perfection the thin pasta dough that is filled with a flavorful and savory filling with a blend of ricotta and Parmesan cheese, mixed with herbs such as parsley and basil was incredibly delicious. The sauce was also incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the dish. The service was also great, the staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable and the portions were large and generous. Overall, Ciao Ragazzi Restaurant & Bar is a great place to visit for anyone looking for a delicious Italian meal in a welcoming and charming setting. I highly recommend trying the ravioli, it’s definitely a must-try dish! it’s truly something special. Thank you
