Friendly staff and really great Gelato. I loved the variety of different flavors. They even had delicious dairy free options! Also, good selections of pastries. Great atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Cute place with a lot of options. M&M gelato was very good, same with the banana. I’d give the cannoli’s 3/5, not bad, but nothing amazing. The tiramisu a solid 4/5 and the tres leches 4.5/5, I was surprised how good the tres leches was. Very friendly service, street parking.

Service is always super friendly and the environment is cute. I love coming here for a quick lunch since the countertop seating provides a great view of Downtown Delaware while you eat. The hot Italian sandwiches and espresso beverages are my favorite in the area. Plus they stay open late!

I moved into Delaware about a year ago and in that past year Ciao has been one of my favorite coffee shops to visit. Their house blends are delicious and aromatic and the authentic Italian espressos and lattes are amazing! My significant-other and I have made a habit of walking there in the morning to enjoy and following up with a walk around town. Can’t recommend a better coffee shop in the area!

This is a great place to eat sweets and treats like cookies, ice cream, cakes. Ice cream flavors are excellent. People who like fruit flavor should try the blackberry one, tastes delicious. Prices are reasonable. They have different cup sizes which is a good idea when someone wants to eat a moderate or small cup size of ice cream. Staff is friendly. Area around is happening. Restrooms are in the basement, kept clean and neat.

One of the best places to go in Delaware for ice cream/gelato. They do offer dairy free options. Their baked goods are also wonderful. I always go for the baklava and it’s so good. I wish I was eating some right now. This is our go to sport for dessert after eating out.

Great selection! The gelato is a must-have perfect creamy treat on a warm day. The portions seem small, but it’s such a rich dessert that less really is more. The employees are always so welcoming and friendly.

Good Gelato, great people. It’s my 2nd favorite gelato place within 30 minute radius. It’s not their fault, but parking downtown Delaware is an obstacle. I’ve literally intended to stop here, only to circle blocks/public lots and give up and gone home.

The food was very average at best and extremely over priced. I spent $50 on myself and my leftover Alfredo turned into all oil. (I make Alfredo and am aware it often times separates, but this was more than that). Our server was nice and took care of us, however I wasn’t pleased with the way my friend and I watched a server and a hostess pop their head around the corner to look at us and then laugh at us? It was odd. The environment is nice, but most def not worth it for the money. And this was my third time giving it a shot. My friend nor I as well as everyone else I told my experiences to said they will never return and that this place is a joke. I should also add that I am an Italian food fanatic.
