Stopped by for lunch, place was beautiful and the food is even more amazing. The workers/ owners were very kind and helpful with explaining food orders. If your in the New Platz area definitely don’t miss out on the great experience here at Ciao Bella!!

Wasn’t sure what to expect because there’s been so much turnover in that space. Ciao Bella is the winner! Beautiful service, food – good size portions – superb dishes – fresh ingredients – spot on service – nice atmosphere – looking forward to going back. Family owned and family run. They take pride in their restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

We visit new paltz quite often from the city and this new restaurant is one of the best meals we’ve ever had here. I had the branzino and others had chicken dishes and we all liked them very much. The only complaint I have is the service was a bit slower, but that’s expected outside of nyc. Will def return whenever we come upstate.

Disappointing experience. I give it 2 starts for the restaurant decor only. They are clearly understaffed. I had to ask a waiter twice that I needed a table. I should have known then to walk out. After waiting 45 mins for a table, the waiter took our order but never offered a wine list, this is a “northern Italian” restaurant without a wine list. The food came and the servers did not know who ordered what. The food wasn’t great either. I order the veal parm. It was very small and it looked like it was just thrown on the plate with no presentation whatsoever. I asked for a side order of spaghetti and asked for light butter, welll, they drowned my pasta in butter and couldn’t eat it. My husband order the ravioli and it was undercooked, clearly not fresh pasta. The restaurant was cold inside and very loud.

Welcome addition to New Paltz! They took a lovely spot, where La Stazione used to be, and made it even lovelier! Both the inside and outside are very tastefully decorated. The menu, the service and the food were all amazing! Can’t wait to come back!
