I’m shocked. I’ve been a few years ago and left five stars. Went back because the “Chus Express” on EastChester was closed. Bad idea. I assume the two have nothing to do with each other. The woman at the westchester location was so nice and you can grab your own sauce. But when I tell you that food was disgusting, I mean it! I’m not one to waste food but truly couldn’t eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. The rice is clearly over cooked, the flavor or the rice and chicken were both so bad. And the egg roll was like those cheap ones you get in the frozen section. I’m in utter shock, whatever y’all served two years ago needs to come back. Id you’re reading this, just go to the EastChester one, their food is delicious!

Not too bad. Basic American Chinese food. Looks to be to go only. I needed a quick bite so I popped in for some ala-cart sesame chicken. It was crispy and delicious. I think I’ll be back to enjoy more of their items.

Peaceful Journey
I ordered their sweet and sour chicken combination. After picking up the order and driving back to work, I realized they didn’t provide any sweet and sour sauce only dry chicken. Work was busy and I didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant. They also overcharged me.

This place is a hidden gem. I ordered food for all of the staff at work and we ALL LOVED it!!! The value is amazing, the flavors are lovely, and the staff is so accommodating. Mr. Chu even prepared the food himself. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The food was awful!! We ordered general tso’s chicken with veggie fried rice and a veggie roll. We also ordered sesame chicken with pork fried rice and a veggie roll. The rice was definitely over cooked. The flavor on both chicken was awful. And that’s not even the worst part!! Not even 10min after eating what we could manage to eat, we ended up pulled over on the side of the road throwing up!! And to top it off the Fortune cookies had no fortune. And the cookies tasted stale and old!!! We called the restaurant to inform them of the issue that maybe the chicken had gone bad or something that we had ate was bad. The managers response was I’m sorry, but I don’t know what you want me to do about it.

The worst Chinese ever. I ordered from this one in a hurry, not realizing I had called the wrong location until it was too late. I won’t make that mistake again. There were no sauces in the bag, some pieces of pork in my rice were big chunks and some were normally diced and burnt. Too much breading on the chicken. $30 gone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this is the most disgusting food I’ve ever had, this is my first and last time coming here . I also had chicken it was cooked in burnt grease, the rice was smushy, hard. THE WAIT TIME IS SO LONG !! IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE CHINESE FOOD MORE LIKE INSTANT NOODLES AND LOADS OF SOY SAUCE.
