The chicken is good, this Church’s seems to not be a part of the bigger chains and it’s pretty run down and the dining area is literally under lock and key. You can’t actually enter the restaurant you have to order outside through the window. My guess is the homeless people gathered outside the place- they probably don’t want them to come in and the workers most likely feel safer with the dining area being closed

Church’s on Central and Manchester is one of my favorites to grab a quick meal. Service may be a little slow ay times. The atmosphere can be a little sketchy when it comes to the unhoused.

I order the Texas bacon chicken sandwich. It was okay but I want be ordering it again. The add looks more tasty than in person. I was turned off by the sweetness of the bun. Why is that all manufacturers add sugar to food? Is this the reason why there are some many people with diabetes?
