The chicken was all that great tasting and the oil tasted very old. Maybe there’s a change in recipe starting on the corporate level that you can taste the quality and the difference it is not for the better. I don’t feel this is a positive representation fried Chicken should be or taste like. However there was a time when church’s was King and the chicken quality was high the crunch Factor was high Angela’s light crunchy and golden and delicious. For whatever reason that has changed across-the-board and every church’s I visited. Not what it used to be , but still available for your quick fried Chicken fix. However the price is reasonable and fair and that is the positive if that’s all you care about.

We’ve been hesitant on coming back to this location (Isleta & Rio Bravo). The last time we came the food prep area was a mess, the lady at the register was loud and yelling at the other workers. The chicken was not fresh. We both got food poisoning. Tonight the chicken was fresh and juicy. Thank you for hiring better workers.

I’ve never been to Church’s, but my son and I were wanting fast food, but something different. So we stopped in and we’re very pleasantly surprised! Now we’re both “thigh men” when it comes to chicken. And theirs was too die for! And the honey glazed biscuits! Really yummy! We’ll be back!!! ❤️

Placed my online order at 7:11pm. I ordered the 10pc family meal under Alexander and the order should have been ready at 7:26 as that is what the email said. I showed up at 7:36 just to make sure it was ready and was told to park in the front and they will have it right out. I waited in the parking lot until 7:55 and finally my husband went in to see what was going on. The employees did not give any explanation on what was going, and told him “We are just waiting on the chicken”. The employees did not have any remorse and were just messing around the whole time. Finally we got out order at 8:09 with no apologies. I think from now on I will get KFC. These times are not exaggerated. I waited an hour for my order.

May 4th 636pm went thru drive thru paid cash the lady didn’t even have 53 cents of my change she owed me, not did she even try to offer something for it . Then tells me to drive around to the front I’m thinking they were gonna bring out my order I sat there for 15mins before I went in they weren’t even planning on bringing my food out I guess what kind of place of business does not have 53 cents to give you back in change and just expects you to eat the loss . What a disappointment.
