So if I could give a negative rating, I would. The attitude of the girl up front is horrible. I was planning on going in to place our order and stayed in the car with our grandson while my husband went in to use the restroom. The girl told my husband he couldn’t order until he paid for food first. Are you kidding me? We just continue down the road to a nicer restaurant. Shame on you treating people like this. Homeless? My husband definitely does not look homeless, so don’t even try using that as an excuse.

We ordered the 8 piece Spicy family meal with coleslaw. The service was fast and the cashier was pleasant. However, upon eating a thigh, my spouse found 2 pieces of the silver wire (brillo stainless steel pads) that you use to clean pots and pans with in the breading on the chicken that was totally overcooked and dry. It was around the 5 o’clock rush hour so I was expecting fresher food. We tried to call the store, but they do not except phone calls.

Customer service made me wonder if they really wanted to come in to work. No smiles everyone looks stressed out and mad. Cashiers have very snappy attitudes without cause. I was going to dine in but the atmosphere sent me running home to eat my now cold chicken in comfort.

If I could give the food zero stats I would have. My rotisserie chicken was more like double deep fried and extremely dry and hard. The customer service by Henry was great. He was pleasant and very personable. If the customer service was edible, we’d have a home run and the best chicken I’ve had in a long while.

or the last time last night and after going to Dysart & Camelback location I’d rather drive an extra fifteen minutes to get quality service. The manager here doesn’t even know the difference between a $ and a percentage(%) wow incredible. They speak to you like your a person that has made them mad and they are trying to avoid being nice and polite to you. But this not just one experience it’s every time, and there is no one to complain to because management is even worst. I’ve been prying that they end up getting shut down, because I get tricked every time I pass the location. Not to mention the food, how they give you old chicken, dry biscuits, and yesterday mashed potatoes. Once i ordered okra and it ended up being dried out, when okra is slimy in the inside (not this okra, it was just dry batter). I know I’m not the only person that has experienced the horror at this location so I’m sure I won’t be the last to write a review, you will see if you choose to ignore not just my review but all the other reviews before and after this one. Good luck to you. I hope someone realize how much change, training, and shaping up this location needs. P.S. I have been experiencing these issues ever since 2016 and it has gotten worst. I give up, there’s no hope!

This issue is strictly for corporate to deal with. Your manager at this location is extremely rude and racist. I arrived to pick up an order, but since the order isn’t ready, I waited outside by my car. I came in again about five minutes later and the order still isn’t done, so I waited outside again. While I was waiting for the order to be ready, your manager closed and locked the door on me without even informing me that she is doing so, knowing I was there for an order that is being prepare. A kind customer let me in since he recognized that I was there to pickup my order. And out of nowhere the manager started to scold at the customer and telling me I should’ve waited inside the store. Then continued on to scold the employee for asking her to calm down. A decent respectable manager could easily said, “come in and wait since she is gonna locked up”. Anyway, the staff is very professional and your manager have no customer service quality.

Horrible! First off, the restaurant is filthy inside and out. The service is terrible. My family and I walked in at 8:02 pm, only to be told that the lobby was closed. If the lobby was closed, why wasn’t the door locked? We asked if we could be the exception since we were already inside. We were told no. However, a lady who walked in right literally a few seconds before us was allowed to order. Very poor customer service. We will not be going back to this location- ever. We ended up at Camelback and Dysart, where we should have been all along. I don’t know who owns this location, but I suggest giving your managers and staff customer service training. If you don’t, you’ll lose many customers. People have options- please make sure your staff understands the value of customer service!

This place continues to dissapoint. The quality of their food leaves a lot to be desired. I haven’t been here in a while, but nothings changed. The staff has no a negative attitude that just brings down the vibe even more. It’s so sad because this is the only church’s in Avondale/ Goodyear. I guess I’ll continue to take my business to Popeyes.

Had the breaded butterfly shrimp special. The shrimp was rock hard and tough. I wonder how many times during transit in a reefer truck it was frozen -thawed-frozen by breakdowns in the reefer truck’s refrigeration system. The biscuits were old and frankly very tasteless. I’ve had better shrimp at Popeyes.
