The food is good but the people are rude and could care less about customer experience. You can barely get a napkin or fork or ask a question because everyone here seems incoherent. I will be back for the food though. They definitely care enough about that. Although I don’t eat chicken my friends and family do and my customers so that’s why I buy it here. It’s cooked perfectly more than I’ve seen at nearby places.

Ordered some food yesterday Sunday 6-18-23. ordered a number 2 LARGE with fruit punch. Asked for okra they said they didn’t serve okra anymore.. that has to be a lie. Got a small meal instead.. service was bad.. person who took my order didn’t seem to care.. won’t be coming back here.

I love churches but this location and the manager/ employee Juan Jose is the worse ! They didn’t have any original chicken except breast and wings , so I order a 3 piece with breast he just failed to mention that he charge me 4.50 because it was all breast, Instead if telling me I gotta read my receipt to figure it out I would of got something else instead if paying 15 dollars for 3 piece and forgot my biscuits at that , horrible service!! Defenatly would never go back there again , stay away !!

Well they didn’t give me my drink and I forgot to ask for it, my fault I guess but I did order spicy chicken and it wasn’t the spicy chicken. They were busy but because I didn’t get what I ordered I doubt I’ll go back to that location. Plus tried to call them and just rings and rings and then auto comes on please enter the access code, which there is none to enter. Kind of frustrating

Being honest food as always been decent as a kid and adult growing up. But this location needs better employees the term fast casual or fast food doesn’t apply here might as well wait 40 min or so at a place that you can sit down at. Maybe as a franchise figure out what you can do. I been in the food industry for 29 years this place needs help. Im sure the profits would be way way better then things are corrected

Even though prices have highly increased, I wouldn’t have mind paying IF my chicken had been good. Chicken was over cooked it and it was extremely crunchy. I’ve always loved Churches, in fact, it was My Family’s Go Too Place anytime we hosted a party. But after this last purchase, I don’t think we’ll be buying Churches any longer
