They were extremely slow, however biscuit was fresh. Food was good, got a few tail bites in my okra but I’m not complaining. They went up on their prices, they must be tied of cooking. Message received, when folks prices go up, I take it they don’t want my business. Or I need a reasonable explanation. Random, anyways drive thru is slow but u can’t even walk in an order. They also make u purchase okra with the tender and shrimp combo instead of substituting they make me waste food. I don’t wanna order so much food, I can’t eat it all. Anyways, make a meal deal for small stomachs lol haven’t even touched the other food, I got full off okra and a biscuit,so no pics of okra but definitely fresh! And I ordered tea and it wasn’t too sweet!

Didn’t even get to order. I pulled into a parking space so I could go in to order since I have never eaten at a Church’s before and my car does not have an a/c. It was around 7pm. A person that was standing at the front counter jerked their thumb at the drive thru and mouthed something. I got in my car and left. Will not be back. In my decades of food services as worker and management that was very unprofessional. Also if you can’t have your lobby open during normal daylight hours you should have it posted on your doors. Wish I could of given zero stars.

It advertised on line that you had a 8pc shrimp special for 5.99. When I get there, they tell “oh that was a special we had last week. That is over now”. So, I’m already there, so I order 2 chicken dinners. The breading was so over cooked! Not good

This place is a joke, the employees are super rude. Not happy doing your job, Quit! Went here to pick up some food when the employee at the thru-through window was super rude and so was the lady behind her, Management needs to have a talk with the employees about their customer service. I definitely will not be going back, I rather go to kfc for my chicken

The quality of the taste of the chicken didn’t really meet the rumors and raves I’ve always heard and the taste of the honey biscuits is good even if the biscuits themselves were a little too soggy and messy and I can’t say I ate even a whole one but the chicken is somewhat done in a more traditional old fashioned way but the seasonings they use could be improved upon. When faced with a choice of Church’s or KFC the Colonel will get my vote every time.

Very disappointed the workers were very rude and disrespectful They didn’t mention the price difference when picking out a side dish of our choice that was included in our meal and then didn’t even give it to me in my order amongst other things they forgot.
