We had been on the road for a full day, traveling and decided to stop by at almost closing hours. The employees were very nice about our order and made us fresh chicken, the food was very fresh and delicious. Not to mention they also gave us some free fries for the wait, amazing services! Leaving a review because this place absolutely needs improvement. Starting with front end staff. Could definitely use some customer service and people skills. Even a lady going thru the drive thru had to get out and come inside for a missed item. But the cashier was hella rude about it. Short with his words and didn’t say any kind of apology for missing the item. I felt bad for her.

We went through the drive thru, and we ordered two chicken sandwich meals with mash potatoes. When we got our chicken sandwiches, they were not hot for one, and for two, they were old and have been sitting out. We decided to take back our sandwiches, to get fresh ones. When we got inside , to tell the lady in the front our issue , she gave an attitude, and tried arguing about the situation. Then she proceeded with saying, “well if you want to wait the 7 minutes for new ones”. Definitely not impressed with the customer service or the food that first got handed to us.

So we place a order on line to get 80 worth of chicken pick up time was for 1230. Went to pick it up and the gave it to someone else. They said there is nothing they can do. So now we are Is waiting on law enforcement to come. Because they stole 80 from else.

Came and order two chicken sandwiche meals I got my sandwiches instantly after coming to the window after leaving my sandwich was cold and hard like it has been sitting for awhile. I brought it back in instantly just to get a fresh one made and the lady at the register replied well they are fresh we made them 5mins ago. I work fast food and I know when the chicken has been sitting, I don’t understand why I was being looked at as a liar when I am a paying customer just asking for a proper meal.

Horrible. I ordered a 3pcs Chicken strips meal…with mash and an EXTRA leg which was delicious .BUT the strips were dry as a box. I asked if I could exchange the 2 and a half strips for a extra leg since they were dry and I wasn’t going to eat it. The manager Nef explained his policy which was once I touched the food he could not exchange or offer me anything to satisfy me as a PAYING customer and he would just throw it anyway. I explained to him I would do the same because I’m definitely not going go eat it. He offered to trash it and I let him do so. 8$ in the trash right in front of me. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Also sold same batch of strips to atleast 3 customers after I explained to Him he was selling old and dryed out food.
