Hello! Stopped in for dinner and it was very good! Some of the chicken was a bit pink for our taste, but it was still definitely cooked. there wasn’t very many people in at the time so we got our food almost immediately. Customer service very good and didn’t have to repeat ourselves multiple times. The restaurant was also a lot cleaner than some other places. Definitely our food here!

They always ask if you want regular or spicy chicken. But when you choose the never have spicy. It was 6:30 and they don’t close till eight. And I asked are they going to make more they said no. Then I said then why do you ask. Also ordered an order of fried okra. This is what they gave me. Dehydrated ones. They was so hard and some were burned. Church’s Chicken #1262 just robbed me! Order the 12 PC meal, 6 spicy, 6 original and was only given 6 pieces. The traffic at this location is horrible so these incompetent employees know a customer is not going to go back. Never going to any Church’s Chicken again. I basically paid $31.48 for 6 pieces of chicken! Juan V. should have verified the count before giving it out. Obviously this Juan guy needs to be trained or evaluated or maybe fired because aloy of negative reviews have his name attached to it. This review will be given an automated apology but I don’t want it! Ridiculous!

Went once and ordered chicken sandwiches, got home, I live 20/25 min away… they had no lettuce and hardly any sauce!!! I called and spoke to ilse. She told me I could go back and that sandwiches no longer came with lettuce!!

Horrible service, called to verify they were opened and Juan was rude. He was sarcastic when I asked about the times they were opened. He said 11:30 am to 8:00 pm every day, so why does the time on google for the location say you close at 10:00 pm?
