I ordered 2 of the 2 pc chicken deal. She told me it came with a biscuit & something else for $2.99. I told her I only wanted the chicken so she charged me $1.79 for each piece which is $3.58 for each order. When she brought my order I asked why she didn’t charge me $2.99 for each order & she said I was going to but you only wanted the chicken. I should have taken the biscuits & thrown them away. Where do you come up with these employees? I will not be back. I would give you less than a one but it wouldn’t let me.

Waited for food to be cooked, not an issue. Asked for shrimp sauce and tarter sauce, twice, I got neither. The shrimp are not butterfly, maybe the size of a quarter. Very disappointed overall and won’t return.

Church’s has been here for several months. I’ve been by several times since it opened. My meal is usually warm and fresh when I receive it. The food isn’t spectacular, but it’s good. The honey biscuits are amazing. The staff has been well-mannered to me. However, nearly every time I go, they drag their feet on everything. Twice I have driven off because nobody would acknowledge I approached the the drive thru despite sitting there for over fifteen minutes. Multiple times, it has taken staff a longish amount of time to ask for my order. Sometimes the speaker was not loud enough and I have to figure out by context what they’re saying. Every time I’ve had to sit and wait at least ten minutes to receive my order. I take meals at odd times because my work schedule demands it. The place is not busy when I get there. I am usually the only or one of two cars there. I do not understand why service is so consistently slow. It is an otherwise okay restaurant that I don’t mind taking my business to. The management there really should step up their game and train employees to be timely in their work.

Food was made fresh, I ordered the five piece tenders combo. The customer service was very good, remember to put everything I ordered in bag. The only thing that I noticed no napkins and the tables had a little bit of crumbs.

Was an extreme hassle to get them to give us the right orders. They refused to make more spicy tenders because it was too time consuming. Customer service was awful. Manager caught an attitude when we were trying to get our orders right. You would think chicken would be simple. Not for these guys lol

Just stopped in the drive thru not busy at all 5:30pm on a Friday should’ve been a clue. Not sure how long you keep your fry’s under the heat lamp but is much to long sometimes got take the loss and junk them. Tasted like a rubber band. The chicken tenders not bad but has been a lot better. The biscuit needs to go under the heat lamp it was doughy on the inside. Will not be back
