Guess large fries means a large mashed potatoes!! Can’t follow instructions and when I pull up to order at drive thru little girl rushes me doesn’t pay attention at the end got my order wrong thanks for nothing of course they offer to replace the fries but at that point they can keep the money!!! Incompetent workers then I call to speak to manager and they tell me she’s too busy in the the toilet tf!! Expensive for what can’t even get what one orders

I came by the drive thru to order. I had some questions and was asking about the prices and the lady on the speaker was extremely rude. Every time I asked her something she would respond to me with an awful annoyed tone and would even stop responding. She sounded upset as if she didn’t want to be there. I processed to ask her if she was ok, and why was she mad. I still had not even placed an order and she responded to me “thank you have nice day”. I went to the window and questioned to see why she was talking to me like that. Nicole was at the drive thru , and claimed she just got there and it wasn’t her. I don’t appreciate this type of customer service. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’ve never treated anyone in this manner. If they are going to be having attitudes with customers, maybe they should look to work elsewhere. I always come to this Church’s and I have NEVER been treated this way.

They forgot to add the jalapeño bombers but they sure charge them in our receipt. Phone Number on receipt and website seem to be incorrect because no one answers or cares. Terrible service! They never have what you request. Spicy Chicken-sorry we don’t have any or it’s too late. Excuse after excuse. Save time go somewhere else where they actually care.

Ordered their new spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was somehow smaller than the bun, I’d say maybe 25% of the bun had no chicken patty between it. It was very weird taking a bite and getting nothing but bread and sauce haha. Not only that, but the chicken patty was old, the edges were already dried out and tough to chew, a very sad eating experience overall.

I came through the drive thru and the cashier was very nice, but as I saw the manager putting chicken in the box without a mask. I asked to cancel my order. The lady argued with me and refused to give me my money after she asked me for the receipts. If this is the manager and represented Church’s very unprofessionally. 3/6/2021@9:42PM.
