I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family meal, comes with 2 sides and 6 honey butter biscuits. So I asked if I could purchase frosting on the biscuits. The woman by the name of Sanjuana F, said I would have to purchase a separate order of biscuits that comes with frosting. I told her I didn’t want to do that and asked if there was an up charge for frosting and she said no and also she couldn’t just switch out the honey for frosting because “ it would be like giving me free food”. So I said ok, but when she asked me to move my vehicle up to wait on my food. I told her no that I would wait right there. So when I got my food brought it home I realized that she didn’t even put honey on my biscuits! They were dry! I immediately called but no answer. She was worried about giving me “free food” . But then turned around and stole from me by not giving me what I paid for! I couldn’t go back because it was 9:50pm and 10 pm is when they close, I wouldn’t have made it in time. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a church’s chicken. I will NEVER go back to this location and I will also tell my family and friends to no go there! By the way I did ask to speak with management but Sanjuana told me that the manager wasn’t there in the building.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. We just got off a long flight from Hawaii so my husband and I went through the drive through to pick up some dinner for our family. We ordered the 16 piece grande meal, 2 large mashed potatoes, large fries, 6 biscuits, XL fried okra and XL bombers. The total was $48.68. We got home and my family starting eating only to realize that they only put 8 pieces of chicken in our box. As soon as I realized, I called multiple times to no avail. When I drove back to the church’s location to let them know what happened and even showed them the receipt, the cashier started relating words from some lady in the back and said I needed to bring the uneaten box back for “proof”. Never have I had this happen to me at any church’s location. They made me feel as if I came lying to them about the situation. Terrible customer service. Terrible location. I don’t recommend you buy food here. Yes I will be calling corporate office about this.

Polite service, clean restaurant, just want my chicken more fresh and crispy. Next time, I’ll just wait for some fresh chicken to come up. Love Churchs chicken in South Texas. In DFW they ruin it for me.

I ordered a #1 with fries and a drink, and 2 jalapenos. Got home and they forgot to put the fries in my box. I called and they told me to go back before 10pm and they would give me my fries. I told them that I wasn’t about to waste my gas to go back and that I could go the next day. The lady on the phone told me that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement nor a refund. So, yeah. It kinda sucks for those who have to travel. You pay for food you are not guaranteed to get, and can’t get a replacement at another time. Shame on you all!!!

Got there at 9:45 to get food for my family and the manager did not want to serve me. Mind you I spend at least $50-65 every time I go. She said it was too late. She was really rude and didn’t care. Last time I go. Don’t spend you hard earned money there.

I went through the drive thru here for a quick and fast lunch before heading back to work, and I ordered a small fried okra and literally ended up waiting 15 to almost 20 minutes for it, and then when the girl came to the window she realized she had forgotten to give it to me all this time. It was ridiculous.

Waited in line 5 minutes for a lid. Watched as they completely ignored customers in their face and completely ignored customers over the headset. Instead of taking orders they all went to the back and had a chat. How is this place even open still.
