The manager of this location either does not care or shares these lazy work ethics. It’s the only one, time after time. It’s been a awhile since I’ve been to churches chicken and service was one of those reasons besides always getting sick from there as well. Well our order didn’t take long and the person helping was really courteous and did everything to his best to make sure we were served well and that we had everything. The food was alright not hot and fresh and I didn’t get sick. The order taker what was the best part of this visit. And for that reason only will I visit again.

We have eaten here three times and not one single time was the chicken worth eating. The first two times we ordered mixed chicken and it was so dry you had to put catsup or something on it to make it even edible. Last night we got a order of dark meat because we figured maybe we were safer that way. Wrong. It was burned beyond recognition you can hardly eat it it had hardly any meat and it was all burned crust. For the amount they charge this is totally ridiculous last time I ever go here.

First time eating this. Won’t be going back. Had the Texas Tenders and Shrimp combo. The chicken was good but the Shrimp had no Shrimp and were rock hard. My husband got 6 fries and I got 2 dozen. None were cooked through. Dogs enjoyed them.

Assistant manager came after my elderly father and nephew after they asked about a coupon that they had. They had asked for white meat and It didn’t specify that white meat was excluded or in fine print. She proceeded to yell & berate them in front of other customers. Maybe this type of behavior is acceptable where she lives, but never should that be allowed in public. A complaint was filed with corporate & management has not made an effort to make things right. No apology, nothing! Food was below average. Thank goodness for Popeyes Kitchen. Went there and had no issues. Chicken was spicy white, well done & most importantly, true customer service. That female manager is hurting your business, if you care at all. #customerservice#popeyeskitchen
