If I could give a negative star value I would because their customer service isn’t even worth 1 star! The current staff including the manager need to seriously reconsider there current career choice if you’re going to work in a customer service based industry because communication skills are critical to have. So next time you try to yell at a customer and tell them “You can’t park here!” over and over again when a customer is trying to explain why they parked where they did and want to ensure they understand why, you might want to invest in placing signs up that say “No Parking” in the yellow lined parallel spaces provided to do so or “One Way Only” like you claimed it to be. Completely rude and unacceptable hoping corporate is aware they have people working there that don’t care about the name they represent. They don’t have to worry about EVER having to communicate with me because I will NEVER be coming back.

The last 3 or 4 times I have gone by. No I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. I would really like to try their chicken Sandwich. And I would really like to try They’re chicken fried steak. They don’t have what I want They say they ran out. and if I want something they do have. I have to wait 15-20 minutes. All four times I left without nothing. And not very polite, no customer skills, no soft skills, no pleasant skills. No, people’s skills. I won’t be returning.

what happened to the biscuits?! I haven’t eaten at a Church’s in a few years and their biscuit size has definitely shrunk! had it been only mine, okay, maybe it was just a small biscuit, a runt. but it was all 3 of our biscuits- all the same size.

Ordered two shrimp box combos online get to the location and they have no shrimp. I was disappointed about them not having any shrimp, but they offered to substitute it for chicken. TC even offered me an additional 8 jalapeno bombers but I was satisfied with them taking care of my order and my food was still hot and fresh.

Terrible customer service, they forgot to add my churros to my order and when I asked them about it at the window they told me I had to drive all the way back around. By the time I would have gone back through my first order would have been cold. They also gave me the wrong drink! I was very disappointed at their customer service, I will never go to Church’s chicken again.

I see online states dine in. I show up and park and a rude fat employee rummaging through his car puts his finger up and points to the drive thru. He says drive thru only. So I have to back out of and get in line. Covid restrictions are over. Dine in is open everywhere. This employee is lucky I was having an ok day or he would have been dealt with for his rudeness. Don’t eat here it is awful and rude. Close it down. Or get new management.

The staff here is wonderful. The food is wonderful. But somehow this location has sunk to the Bottomless Pits of hell. There are no tables with chairs. Wheelchair access is non-existent. Windows are broken. The outdoor dining area picnic table is broken. Both bathrooms for the men and women were both broken. I really don’t know what happened to this location cuz it was my favorite but now I can no longer go there.
