Cashiers were very rude. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me or my friend when we were next in line. They continued helping other customers even as we stood at the counter. It was poor customer service at its finest.

Let’s see, my dad know that place around the first years since it opened, he told me that was a delicious chicken, we live in Mexico City, I came to Laredo for business, and remembered my father I decided to eat at probably the first Church’s Chicken ever in Laredo, TX, I get inside want to order and guess what, the manager so nasty, and the whole staff too, they looked like they don’t like their job, they looked annoyed, don’t want to attend me or she don’t like to attend anyone, at least 3 customers entered behind me and she told them, she has a lot of orders and work, so no have time to attend them, I thought, Its for real??? First time I see a place that they don’t like the customers, after that I could say the food is good, but the customer service too bad, hope this message reaches people, that can take decisions in that place because, I think the staff have the responsibility to maintain in good shape and in good service a place like that, hope next time, have an opportunity to get more than I got today,

Drive through experience is a bit too long. The parking space situation is a bit tight so be careful parking and waiting. The outside of the resturant is always clean. The staff is friendly. I’ve ordered from Door Dash for Church’s twice – one for delivery and one for pick up. Delivery went well. My order was complete and they even provided extra sauces, plates and utensils. The pick up order (a good idea to bypass the waiting time in the tight parking space) was excellent and order was complete along with sauces, plates and utensils.

Service was good, but I remember they used to have a dollar menu. They practice social distancing, but the meal which was a #1 with two additional sides came out to $11 plus change. The biscuit was quite small and the corn wasn’t as good as I remember, but overall a decent meal.

I place my order through the drive through they answer offer me their special a large bundle. I said no thanks l order one piece of chicken they had two cars ahead of me from the time l placed the order to time left got to the window they took five to ten minutes to get my order. Think about that for a second for one piece of chicken. Service is not there. The atmosphere dry and not worried about what they doing no recites was given to me to rate there services.

The good taste of their fried chicken. However, the taste changes from place to place, even though its the same chain. For it to taste good, the cooking has to be fresh, the cooking oil has to be clean, dunk in properly in its batter, and the bathe in floor just right. And lastly the right temp. and time.

I like the chicken here which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. The staff was pretty rude when asking what the specials were for the day, they sounded bothered when we asked to repeat what they said because their speaker on the drive through wasn’t clear. It could be they’re frustrated because of how bad their tech is but still they shouldn’t take it out on the customer. They also mentioned how someone was parked so they needed us to hurry up on our order. Another thing to mention was we spoke to them in English but they couldn’t bother to reply in English instead they reply in Spanish and in a rude way.
