I love Churchs chicken and fried okra. But every time I go, I can’t get a 2 piece white meat. They’re always out!! Today, same thing. The staff/customer service is terrible, especially today. The lady at the window looks like she hates her job. The sign on the menu has misspellings. It made me laugh.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, so I don’t want them blamed… ordered the bourbon chicken and waited ten minutes for it to cook, But the chicken smelled disgusting, like it had been dropped in a dirty grease pit. I couldn’t get past the smell to taste it, and honestly felt guilty feeding it to my dogs.

Stopped with my son on the spur of the moment late afternoon. Restaurant was quiet and frequently service can be hit or miss this time of day. These gentlemen got everything correct, service was great, he was very helpful in helping us with our order, food was delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Always have to drive the extra miles to go to this particular Church’s. Sam is clean and polite and a gem amongst managers. Thank you Sam for helping to keep those fried gizzards on the menu and shame on Deer Park and Pasadena Church’s for taking it off theirs. The food was all hot and crispy like it should be, fresh out of the fryer.
