It took forever for someone to help us at the window. They got our sides wrong. The person at the window was rude. The place looked like it was falling apart. We bought a 20 piece for a family who just lost their son to a car wreck. We simply took what they gave us and decided not to say anything to the rude clerk. Two good points. The food was hot and they got it ready quickly.

Well it did not start good but they rebounded fantastic. I did not get all my order at the drive thru so I call and the the very nice youg lady manager told me to come back at my convenience and she would take care of what I had us what I did not get. I went the next night and they were extremely cordial and polite no questions ask. The food was very good. Best chicken in Jasper Texas.

Stood in line for 10 minutes before 1 of the 3 employees finally decided to acknowledge us standing there, for her to only tell us when she was done finishing the order she was working on she would get to us. Another few minutes pass by and she is still working on orders we finally just walked out. Poor customer service by all employees…no matter how busy you are..you always greet your customers. Will not be back to this location.

I really like the food. The service was lack luster as we were told that the wait would be 20 mins for chicken at the drive thru order board. Once we reached the window, we told it would be “20 minutes” so we waited 20 minutes in the drive through Nd then another 35 min in the parking lot. Service is 1 star

Been here a few times and a few times they flat out sucked. The food items I want on the menu they never have or don’t want to cook I dont know which it is. Get something else and its horrible I mean how can chicken strips be messed up come here and you’ll find out…. how can fries be done wrong come here and you’ll find out. One plus though is that the manager is very nice and professional and on this day she was dealing with unruly employees God bless her

Good chicken, sides and biscuits and I’ve never had to wait long to get my food. The owners should check into better equipment in the drive thru though because they can never hear me. Otherwise very good.

I’ve always loved Church’s chicken. Their jalapeno bombers are awesome and don’t taste the same anywhere else. I also like honey on my chicken and they have honey packets. As far as I know, nowhere else does that. The biscuits are great too. My only complaint on the food is that occasionally the strips can be too dry. The staff are always super friendly. The Church’s in Jasper could improve by sprucing up the building a bit. The pot hole by the drive thru window has been there for at least 10 years! And the speaker at the drive through is barely audible.

The drive-thru order deal wasn’t working and they let me sit there for 10 minutes thinking they were just busy then they holler out the window for me to move forward and I get my order when I pull out and leave it’s not even what I ordered I had to turn around and go back around and get my order and then it was the worst five chicken legs I ever seen in my life and tasted terrible wasn’t even cooked good
