Was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Finally got my order 30 minutes later. Chicken legs were partially raw. Needs an adult in charge. To many other issues to detail. Will not go back as this wasn’t the first time to have problems.

I recently re-visited this location. And let me say this was some of the best customer service I’ve EVER received at this location . I recently met the new assistant manager Damielle and let me say she should be running this joint owners needed her months ago. My chicken was HOT AND FRESH . A little pricey but was so fresh and hot. I’ll sign a petition to get her to run things . She run a very tight shift , I didn’t have to ask for sauces she put everything in the bag . Drive Thru is a tad bit slow but I definitely didn’t mind the 5minutes for okra . LETS GET THIS LADY IN HERE FOR GOOD

In 45 years of traveling and eating at restaurants all over the world I have never seen a company like this one location that makes it a mission to ensure your order will be missing something guaranteed every time and act dumb like they didn’t know that item was part of the pictured meal even after you read every item that was listed w that meal off their own menu.. Surely this is something the Corporate office wouldn’t be too happy to discover has been happening for a while now .

Can’t believe they are still in business! Waited at the drive-thru a few minutes; no one assisted so we drove to the window. Ordered 3 butterfly shrimp specials. Asked for 2 with mashed potatoes and one with corn. When we got home, all 3 had fries and not the sides we ordered. Shrimp were very small and mostly breading. Biscuit was dry and not the honey butter that these used to be. Will probably not go back to this location.

This is probably the worst church’s chicken in the metroplex. Despite it being in a great area. The chicken is often overcooked and if it’s fresh cooked, it tastes like old grease. Be ready to wait 15 minutes for that fresh old grease tasting chicken.

The doors are locked during business hours. The intercom for drive through doesn’t work. Please get new management. This doesn’t make any sense. Manager is always on the phone when asked to speak to him.
