I have lived here for many yrs and have worked for a Church’s and it is just not the same. This location is terrible. I asked for a box got half cold chicken, it never fails. The biscuits never enough honey and always hard. The chicken is always pink and the place inside is always dirty. Outside of the location where the trash can is, all the cats meet up to find the leftovers and roam around the location, think they live in area and always just being feed. This place needs to be reported to the area manager. Again I use to work for a Church’s and this is uncalled for. They need more help.

This particular restaurant isn’t the best place to get chicken. It could be the location but I found this particular restaurant didn’t look clean. All food is delivered to the window and as you are standing at the window waiting for your food. You can see flies throughout the building. The windows are left open after your order is taken. Nothing about the building looked sanitary to me. The food itself wasn’t really good. It wasn’t seasoned well and a couple pieces didn’t look like they were cooked completely. I honestly think that I would have problems recommending this particular church’s chicken to anyone

I’ve been to this location several times in the past and it’s been mostly trouble free until this past Friday, 6/24/2022. They got our order completely wrong and they only gave us a ½ a container of gravy. To top it off the chicken was cooked in old grease that really needed changing. It had that burnt grease taste. Absolutely ZERO flavor for original. It’s hot and cooked ok but it doesn’t even taste like chicken, how’s that possible? Fast service. Hate to say it but your better off going to the beltline location.

Normally my go to place is churches , but not no more, the staff attitude horrible , she shuts down anything you want to order, employees like this need to realize customers is what keeps your business running, I rather travel far than convenience, hire better friendly employees
