1st visit had 3 PC special. Had a weird taste like maybe the oil was old. 2nd visit ordered the same. Chicken was old and grayish and awful tasting. Had my dogs in the car when it was 106 outside. Asked for a cup of ice to pour bottled water over for my dogs and she told me that would be 1.69. Says it was for the cup. I know Damm well a cup don’t cost 1.69. I am done with this location FOREVER.

Just went through the drive thru. Asked for a half-sweet tea , half-lemonade (Winnie Palmer). Was told we dont do that. I was like “okayyy well half sprite half lemonade”. Then the manager proceeds to get on the mic and say “We dont mix drinks here, you can come inside and mix your own drink.” All rude and shii. I just pulled off because I’ve never heard anything like that in my life. They have bad customer service here.

So i asked for 2 fresh smokehouse Texas chicken meals. Veronica stated they are unable to cook fresh smokehouse Texas chicken because they had four already cooked however they looked old and dry just gross! I asked to speak with a manager they were unavailable so she called just for them to say no i called back to ask her name she hung up horrible cheap customer service i went to the one in Irving on Beltline they actually cooked me 3 FRESH smokehouse chicken no problem no issues they should listen to customers DO NOT want old chicken!

Went in and these edgar looking kids were being very weird. No good customer service and they mumbling words to eachother while i was ordering. They seemed to be lazy and didnt wanna work. My chicken was weird soggy looking and my order was wrong at that because they gave me mixed chicken spicy and regular when i only asked for regular. Definitely check your orders cause i paid way too much for what i got in return. My order was wrong so i called to get a refund asked for a manager and he just passed me to the edgar kid whos a regular employee who clicked on me. horrible service

They act so racist they smile when Mexicans or whites comes in , there greeted with hospitality and have a negative Dominion against blacks. sometimes I dine in just to watch and fill out surveys like this maybe corporate can do something about it’s been over a year now and they’re still at it so where are you corporate allow this treatment towards Blacks ?!!!

Randomly stopped in to Church’s Chucken the other day (07/01/2018) with a friend while we were out walking to grab a bite to eat. The employee’s at this establishment did not greet a single customer who came in, they all looked unhappy to be at work and gave every customer a look of annoyance for coming in and making them actually do their jobs. While waiting for our food we could hear the employees in the back talking and using profanity and talking in subjects that should not be talked about while at work. While eating I noticed that something didn’t look right with one of my tenders. I showed it to my friend (who is a cook) who immediately said “it’s not fully cooked!” he took it to the counter and two employees walked up when he pointed it out to them one employee walked away and chuckled the other employee looked at him then without saying a word turned and grabbed a tender off the warmer and tossed it in the “to-go” box they had given us the food in then walked away. Shortly after an elderly lady came in asking if she could fill her cup with some ice they told her that they couldn’t allow that and she would have to buy a drink. She said she’d go ahead and pay but was going to use her own cup, they just looked at her with a blank look as she filled her cup, she turned to them and said she’d be right back with payment which the employee at the front register rolled his eyes. As soon as she left the two employees left from behind the counter and sat at the table behind my fiancé and me, then proceed to watch videos on their phones and text. A few minutes later the elderly lady walked back in and said “Oh there you are! I pulled up to the drive thru but no answer so came around to the window and nobody was in sight!” At which the employees just looked at each other and began laughing then proceeded to debate on which one of them had to “handle it”! This establishment needs better management, better employee training and/or employees with a better work ethic than this!
