This world has completely changed from the 90’s era and it’s sad. This hands down was the Filthiest, Disgusting, Unsanitary food place I walked in! Just YUCK The floors, counters, even the freaking EMPLOYEES were Dirty!! The cook preparing chicken, pulling out the trash can, throwing stuff away, then back to cooking he went without washing his hands .The Manager took my order, then went and got my food without washing his hands, employee cleaning, and in the food area without washing her hands, I can’t believe this place is allowed to serve food! It’s Health Hazard!! Unbelievable..I threw my food away. Was gonna give it to a stray dog, couldn’t find it. Even the dog went into hiding….GROSS! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Save your money and do not go here. Got there around 9:20-they close at 10:00. I was told they were out of corn for the day, even though they didn’t close for 40 minutes and I waited about 25 for my food. Got to the window and they said no biscuits so gave me extra chicken. Okay I guess except half my order was missing and the chicken had literally NO taste. I don’t understand how chicken with that much breading can be tasteless. The woman working was really nice, the guy working with her did absolutely nothing but talk and be on his phone while she did everything. Nasty food, terrible service, will NEVER go back.

It was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. The employees – the 2 older women- were extremely rude. The 3 men there were at least welcoming but they disappeared as soon as the Caucasian older woman finally got to the register and started being rude. I will never go back.

The management and employees could care less about the service or customers. I’ve been by this location 3 times all before 7pm and the lobby did are already locked with only the drive through as an option . I ride a bike so I can’t use the drive through. When asking manager/ employee (can’t tell the difference) (through the glass) I was resounded to with a person with a full mouth of food that couldn’t explain why the lobby was closed. This is more than frustrating and not sure how this type of behavior and work ethic has been able to keep this location open… I’m pretty easy to please and usually find the best out of a bad situating but I couldn’t find a positive if I tried…. I was actually able to eat there once and they were out of ice and they felt this was perfectly understandable..???

This as always been a favorite of mine for tasty hot fresh chicken . This location with an elderly lady manager was so flat and dry in her speech as if she just wasn’t happy at all. I asked for thighs she told me I had to do a leg and a thigh on my meal. Also asked for butter she said i don’t do butter. It took 15 minutes for 2 piece chicken and 5 strips . The inside was locked on Sunday at 6:45pm .. just an all around typical experience not good not better but worse ☹️come on church’s laughter all in the back inside my goodness no wonder it was slow . Every employee was very kind, which was incredible, based on how miserably hot it was inside the store. I ordered the 16 piece meal, 8 legs and thighs and 8 spicy tenders. I wish the tenders and mac and cheese had been nearly as hot as the internal temperature of the store.

First I ordered the 8 piece you 1 lg side and 4 biskets legs and thighs. Legs seemed ok the coleslaw I got was soured and the thighs were black on inside like they were bad. I mean your chicken is not suppose to be black. So I took the chicken thighs and coleslaw back. The boss guy made me like I was in the wrong. I said I would like to see u take a bite of coleslaw and my chicken not suppose to be black. He got a attitude, I sorry are you getting a attitude I just asking for replacement. I had the stuff that was bad and receipt. He said give just what came off and I said ill take macaroni an cheese. Well all said and done I was made to feel horrible I paid almost 30 dollars for this meal with a couple apple pies. When I got home they had given me legs and on the inside they were black and macaroni was terrible their still setting in front set of car. Its gross somebody is going to get sick. I’m going back in morning and giving back their food. Ill take the loss before I eat that rottan stuff I’m sorry not happing.

We were made to wait for 40 minutes for five chicken strips then only got one sauce that we requested. The woman that works the window does not pay attention to her customers and she is rude. I’m done I will not spend any more of my money at this location. It is unacceptable to have to wait 40 minutes for five chicken strips when you are a chicken restaurant you should have that up and ready to go! And your employees should not be rude to your customers and they should listen to what they say!

I’ve done Uber eats orders to this location and every time I order the chicken sandwich I always get something different!! I tired to call them but the phone only rings 3 times then goes to voice mail, I just want to kno if they have the chicken sandwich before I place an order!! I hate getting the wrong order just because they don’t know how to answer the calls!!! Do not recommend at all!! They act like they don’t want to be at work

We went to get a 16 piece family meal, with an extra side and biscuits. The walk in was closed. We had to go to the drive thru. It took about 25 minutes, we had to keep driving around the restaurant. The food was good. Prepare for a wait.
