Was super excited to have something new in the area. I’ve eaten here twice now & both times I got cold food. I will say the service is okay, the girl in the window was nice. I work right across the street, so I didn’t have to drive far. Yet again, my entire meal is cold & gross. UPDATE: they did turn things around and the last 3 visits in the last 2 weeks have been excellent! Great service & my food was fresh & hot! Changing my 1* to 5* great job

The chicken strip skin was cold and flimsy the biscuit was super hard. The new pepper sauce was good and the women at the window was delightful. But the food was just not yummy.

Ordered a 3 piece dark spicy meal. Said they didn’t have any dark meat that was spicy. Guess that’s too difficult of a request, so I agreed to white meat spicy.

Let me first start by saying i love me some churches chicken, i literally ate it everyday for many years. I visited my neighborhood Church’s Chicken yesterday July the 17th and was placing my order which was a two-piece with no pepper and I asked if i could get a frosted biscuit and the voice on the speaker replied NO YOU CAN’T. I must say i was shocked because this is my order almost every time i go there and its never been an issue, i paid the difference when they charge me and keep it moving. I asked this person if the manager was in and she replied yes she is but im the general manager. So i pulled up to the window and asked for the manager, she came to the window and i explained to her what just happened and told her no fault of anyone else at that location but i would be taking my business back to the location further down the street.

Cashier looked ate, past by me standing at the counter and walked to the back to hold a conversation with her peers as of I was invisible. Then it took at least 15-20 min to get my meal, which was great. But I will return because I’ve loved Churches chicken since I was a small kid and nothing can change that.

I love going here because I live close and I love their chicken but they always get my order wrong for some reason. I asked for spicy but they gave me original and this happened multiple times. I’m not one of those who would go back to the restaurant and ask for a refund or replacement so just make sure to listen carefully to your customers.

Ordered the 2 piece combo meal in all dark meat. The honey buttered biscuit is so soft inside and the top is a little crunchy, yummy. I got the fries as my side. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside and completely delicious. It includes a large drink of your choice. Great value for $6.29 plus tax.

New restaurant still learning the ropes. I am sorely disappointed in the fact they have changed the way wings and breasts are cut now. There used to be some breast meat included on the wing making all the parts slightly more even in weight. My mother’s 2 piece breast was significantly heavier than my 3 piece mixed. I wish I had weighed for comparison. Coleslaw was dry-somewhat under dressed, plus there were significant large pieces of cabbage core in my container. As always, the biscuit was stellar.
