They ran out of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for a new batch of chicken to be cooked. The food was good. The sides we got were corn on the cob, fried okra and fries. We enjoyed our meal tho.

Cashier was not friendly or courteous.. after trying to order three items on the menu they finally told me all they had was dark meat. I said if you would have told me that in the beginning I would not have wasted my time or your time searching on the menu. The cashier snapped back well I wasn’t sure what you was going to order… I said what does it matter what I order if all you have is dark meat?? Chicken headache old grease taste to it spicy rice was good mac and cheese was good I won’t be back

This is the most racist place in West Monroe La, the service is horrible. Went to buy dinner at 5pm and the clerk to me I couldn’t order inside while she was feeding her kids. They never have the chicken ready, in what world does it take 35 minutes to cook chicken. They were not polite at all. I will tell everyone I know to never eat at this location.

The worst customer service. Drive thru speaker broken and sitting in line for over 20 minutes and not one person had the common sense to come out to let people know nor did they put up a sign saying speaker broken pull around to window. When my husband knocked on the door to find out what’s happening some rude girl came out yelling. Now at drive up window staff not wearing hair nets or proper gear while making food. I guess you get what you pay for and they want to raise minimum wage to $15 an hour.

The food is usually somewhat decent, a little greasy on some nights, but edible, hence the two stars. Furthermore, the workers aren’t very friendly and need some communication training. To top it off EVERYTIME I come here they are always out of something. Out of chicken, chicken sandwiches etc. This location needs some boot camp.

Their chicken is great, but if you go late, they’re out of half the menu most of the time. Don’t go in. Go through the drive through. If you go in, you won’t be able to eat there after you see the greasy floor and countertops and flies everywhere. There are a few really nice people who work there, but we don’t eat there anymore. The friendliness of the team isn’t enough to offset the rest.
