Had dark chicken mild it was delicious had to wait for it to cook they were very busy. Their biscuits are delicious also. The sad thing is I had to park and when I got ready to leave after getting my chicken the line was so long I couldn’t back out had to wait for the line to move so I could get out of the parking lot. Parking lots were not made for everybody to have to go through them. They’re dining room is still closed like most fast food places.

Never fails, we got the driest, worse chicken breast ever! It may have been sitting around too long. How can you go wrong with breast? It’s the thickest part of the bird!!! This is my first time at this establishment & I don’t care for the cashier’s attitudes. He wasn’t pleasant or friendly like his colleagues. The female waited on others and she was extremely nice to them. Maybe I wouldn’t have gotten rocked hard chickens if she helped me!

Third time to try this Churches. Every time we have been they have been out of chicken or only have certain pieces to choose from. They will not cook more or offer I cook more. At 7:17 pm on a Friday night they we out of white meat. We were yelled at over the speaker that this is all they have. We left. We will not go back again.

Never go to this location again, ordered at drive through there were only 3 cars ahead of me and took 35 minutes to get to the window to pick up my order of 3 chicken tenders and biscuit witch took another 15 minutes. I saw the order only came with 1 creamy jalapeno sauce, when i asked for 1 more she said it would be another dollar. I said never mind just give me my money back for a refund. She said no refund, drive away or she would call the police, i said fine i will call the police for you because a police officer is the only person that will get me to move my vehicle unless you give me a refund. She then slammed window shut. About 40 minutes later the police arrived and explained that it would be a civil matter and they could not force a vendor to refund that they have had many complaints about customer service with this location and suggested a call to corporate. The police were very understanding. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Okay so this may or may not seem petty, but here it goes…. so I ordered a leg & jalapeño poppers.. once I get to the widow & checked my bag, no ranch.. so I nicely asked could I have one, to be told, they don’t come with sauce? Correct me if I’m wrong but this equivalent to ketchup going with frys.. so he says that will be 0.25, I grabbed a quarter, when I went to hand it to him, he said his bad its now 0.55 I’m like for a ranch? I just feel as if it shouldn’t be this big of a hassel or back & forth to get what you want as a customer. Even when i was willing to pay for something, that in my mind should have come with it, in the 1st place.Mind you when I asked why they didn’t come with sauce, he told me to call corporate & ask them, which I DID!

I ordered a 10 piece chicken box with thighs and legs, and got 4 backs with my order. They also let my chicken and biscuits set on the counter for 8 minutes while waiting on potatoes and gravy. Dinner was cold before finishing it Not happy! Plus the potatoes and gravy were hard and cold . NOT worth waiting in line for!

The white old man and the black mid aged lady SUPER RUDE! The lady told us over the intercom that wait time for chicken was 8 minutes, and if that was fine, we agreed and proceeded to order. Once we got to the window, the white old man was giving us our total, and I interrupted by saying, “I’m sorry, I forgot to mention we wanted our order spicy.” He proceeded to ROLL HIS EYES and told the lady, “they wanted it spicy”, with an attitude. Window closes, he comes back to us, and says that spicy will take 25 minutes. We didn’t agree to wait. He then says, “but there’s a 15 minute wait for the chicken because everyone wanted chicken at the same time.” So I went to ask, “so then, we can get our spicy chicken by then, right?” He says, “no because that’s the regular chicken only!” I do NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!! Corporate should do better!!
