Service was good, i was really looking forward to churchs reopen. I’m so disappointed my potatoes were cold, and worse, the chicken was spoiled. You can see the discoloration in the photo. Sorry i well not be back

Chicken had no taste, it was fresh and looked very delicious but again no flavor at all. WHO fry’s chicken and doesn’t season it in NOLA???

Well, I would have loved to get dinner from here. I checked online and saw they closed at 10. Listed that way on Google and on the church’s website. But I get here, and IN MAGIC MARKER ON THE DOOR it’s written in that they’ve decided to close at 9 now.

Food is fresh, but the service is slow. I guess it is the price you pay for good food.

The spicy chicken is all crust and no chicken, the mild is always good

Best chicken there is and the best specials on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s. 8pc legs and thighs for $5.99

The chicken has a nice Golden Brown and juicy not dry and greasy and has a delicious taste. And it stays the same from one day to the next day. And all the side orders are Great. No other Chicken Place can compare to Church’s Chicken. Your # 1

Initially, I went to the churches chicken in Kenner and there was a long line out to the street. I pulled up and parked to enter inside (there was no sign saying the lobby was closed) but the doors were locked. There was an employee sitting there looking straight at me, not acknowledging or giving me any indication as to why I was not able to enter. This location has the rudest employees. I left and went to Metairie location. Our food came quick but when we got in the car and opened it, we noticed that the breasts were all skin, hardly any meat. We took the food back inside and the manager apologized and didn’t give us any problems and stated it would be 15 minutes before some more chicken was ready. After our wait, which was longer than 15 minutes, she gave us extra pieces of chicken, biscuits, and a large side to make up for our inconvenience. What a good example of how a manager should resolve customers’ concerns.

Bad location. The place is really small with about 2-3 small tables, so don’t count on finding a table to eat here, I wouldn’t recommend it anyway as the place is weary. Employees were nice. Prices are good. Chicken tastes really good, although it gave us diarrhea the next day. Overall, I recommend to try the fried chicken on weekends but not weekdays, as you don’t want that diarrhea striking at work, or worse; while driving to work.

-5 stars for this Airline location. 6 employees only one older lady working. I understand only 5 people inside at one time, but 12 customers came and got served before I got my order. I asked the person that appeared to be in charge what happened to my order ( 3pc chicken only her response was how was I supposed to know who was before who. I said ASK who was next. Sad sad no organization skills whatsoever
