We came to order our food and we ended up getting fries instead of okra…we called. The employees were kind and got the replacement ready for us. As we are waiting for our fresh okra. The OWNER or MANAGER is pacing around the lobby reprimanding the employees who are in the middle of dinner rush IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS. we had a pleasant experience until we had to interact with the owner. Do not disrespect the people who work hard to make money for you. The owner is the reason for this bad review. Even with a simple mistake the employees were great. These poor employees were doing their best to keep up with orders and he continuously stops them from working to tell them to hurry up. He is a horrible experience for this company. He should stay home and only arrive when buisness is closed.

Ordered the $23.99 family meal. Went to pay and they charged me $38.99. I asked why and they told me because they had a mix of the white/dark meat in there. Apparently you have to ask for all dark meat in order to get the $23.99 price. Liz had already ran my credit card after I said I didn’t want it. Then told me she couldn’t refund me because the manager isn’t there. So I was charged an extra $15 because there was mixture of white and dark meat? I could tell I wasn’t going to get anywhere with her so I left. Will never go back.

Love me some Churches Chicken, spicy please! So, that’s what I ordered an 8 PC meal, spicy and a 5 PC boneless, spicy with one regular chicken breast. Left the store, got about half way home (1 way 21 miles) and got into the bag for some okra and liked at the order. NO BONELESS SPICY CHICKEN! Turned around, and went back and the rep was nice enough but how hard is it to put the order in the bag?? By the time I got home my food was cold, I was not so happy. They are very rude. There was no greeting suggestive sell or thank you. The only person that was doing something was the chicken guy. Manager was rude when instructing staff. Your crew is most definitely a reflection of you.

We always have some kind of issue when we go. Our order is in some way wrong 95% or the time. Some times the people are personable but not often. I WILL say that we continue to go because my husband loves their food. We just go expecting for things to be wrong and ALWAYS check our order before we leave the parking lot (a good practice anyway honestly.)
