This may be the best Church’s Chicken in Detroit. Food was fresh and hot. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in fresh grease and the biscuit was moist, buttery and sweet. Service was fast too.Excellent experience. It’s going to be difficult to not make this my lunch spot at work everyday.

Extremely rough, flies and sticky floor on entry so I can imagine how the kitchen is. Staff def didn’t wanna be there, food was eh. She also kept my change when I paid and just said “have a good day” I didn’t have the energy or time to fight over a few quarters but it’s just more of a testament about the spot.

They rude for starters my chicken was old I asked for another meal completely the man got mad like I was asking for too much so I asked for my money back and guess what….. He didn’t wanna give me a refund because I seen flying bugs when I went inside gross he said no bugs no bugs as I seen 10 flys playing tag in the chicken I’ll pass he eventually gave me my money after like 10 minutes oh well I’ll never go back if y’all go there always ask for your food fresh cause if not it will be old with fly juice on it ♀️✌

Long wait in carry out line. Menu was not flexible. Chicken extra greasy. Service was horrible, you couldn’t understand what they were saying at the carry out window. Last but not least, the food was way to expensive.

I told my husband not to eat here but he ate here anyway and go food poisoning. It was the only thing he had ate the whole day. The Mac and gravy tasted horrible and the chicken was stringy. Never eat here!

The Okra was fresh and hot. The service was ok. My problem was I had payed for the Okra,then I asked how much is it for a cup of water he responded. Ok, so the water was a dollar I give him my c.card again. Ok. where is my recent, the other guy comes to the window and says may I help you! Yes, I need my receipt for the water. This is the receipt for what ever he charged you for. I said I don’t care what it ‘says as long as it’s for one dollar and five cents. SMH!!
