Went to the Church’s Chicken, in Grenada, MS, on Saturday October 3, 2020. Upon arrival, the drive through line was backed up pretty far. I decided to go inside and use the restroom facilities, then order food for my wife and I. Upon entering the business, I noticed that there were only 2 people in line. After using the restroom facilities, I got in line to order. The same 2 customers were still in line. I noticed that there was a gentleman at the register taking orders, pulling orders and even cooking some for the customers that were inside. There appeared to be at least 5-6 employees working the drive through. One of these appeared to be babysitting her son of about 5-6 years old. While no customers were allowed to sit in the dining area he was sitting in a booth, crying out loud. She kept tending to him off and on. Which kept her from filling orders. 10 minutes later, I’m still in line and the 2 customers are in front of me still. I noticed that the vehicle that was probably 9-10 in line when I came in, was now getting their food , at the drive through. I started counting the vehicles getting serviced at the drive through. When I ordered, over 15 vehicles had ordered and received their food while only two customers inside did. The inside customers were only ordering simple meals. After a total of 20 minutes I received my food. As I exited the business I noticed 3 employees standing outside talking, of which one appeared to be the manager. I asked her if the drive through had priority over the inside customers because over 15 had gone through the drive through and only 3 customers were served inside, in the same time period? She said no. Was glad to get away from this business and the crying kid inside that was being kept by one of the employees

I sat in the drive-thru 10 minutes waiting to give my order another 20 minutes at the window waiting to pick it up and it wasn’t but two pieces of chicken. Service sucks

Come on people, what are you doing up in there. The chicken tasted old they were out of coleslaw and forgot to include not only the extra biscuits I paid for but they forgot any at all! I used to love their food and now it’s just sad and disappointing

My first time and my last time eating at a Church’s Chicken. Apple pie was only thing I liked. Chicken strips were horrible. Nothing but tasteless hard crust. Almost no chicken. I tried and it failed. Not for me. Service wasn’t great. No eating utensils included. Forgot my biscuit. Don’t see how you stay in business nowadays. And I paid way too much for nothing that I threw away.

First time here and taste of chicken is good. Cant order thru their app they should modify/fix their app. Bought a feast for 6 15pcs cken and 2 sides just wonder y i got charge extra? I thought its part of the promo. Anyway the cashier who delivered my food thru curbside is very nice.

Isn’t It The Managers Job To Make Sure That You Don’t Run Outta Food? Today When I Ordered My Food I Was Told There A 15 Minute Delay On Biscuits. Can Someone Tell Me How A Fast Food Restaurant Runs Completely Outta Food At The Busiest Time Of The Day? I Was Told By The Cashier That She’s Still Making Them This Should Not Be Happening At A Fast Food Restaurant.
