I must say, we picked up a Texas style family meal deal tonight and it was positively fire. The chicken was delicious and crispy, all the sides were fresh and delicious. They forgot our fried okra and we had to go back up there, but we live close by and honestly I don’t even care. That’s how happy we were with the food. It’s just so rare nowadays you leave a food establishment feeling like you got your moneys worth and tonight we felt satisfied and happy! GREAT MEAL!

Oftentimes we stop and get their party pack of thirty tenders for 40$, but not for the first time when we got home, we found that they didn’t give us thirty – this time it was 23, but it has happened before. Won’t be back. Refuse to honor the party pack as well unless you order online, despite having done so previously.

Got my money back. The Mac & cheese was watery like some disgusting lumpy soup & the girl in the drive thru forgot to put my jalapeños poppers in the bag & then accused me of eating them. She didn’t want to return my money so I had to be ugly to her. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE US ANYMORE??

Went to drive-thru. Had to pull to the side. Waited 15 minutes before had to go in to find out why the food wasn’t brought out. Chicken was hot but not seasoned at all.

Well first of all the intercom was barely working and the young lady working the drive-thru couldn’t understand anything that was said to the point that we had to pull around to order. As we are ordering here comes an african american guy that walked all the way up to the drive thru window and stood there in between the drive thru window and the side door. Literally 1 foot from my car there he is leaned up against the drive-thru window licking the end of his blunt, he then proceeds to light it up right there and smoke down while the smoke is blowing into my car until I rolled the windows up. He was dressed in regular clothes so he obviously wasn’t an employee or maybe they don’t even have dress codes. Ethier way It was pretty messed up. My husband had his firarm beside the gear shifter and with the vibes this guy was giving off I really thought he was gonna try to carjack us. Which would have been a very bad day for him considering we are avid second amendment law abiding citizens who will protect ourselves. The other messed up part of all of this is the entire time we are sitting here waiting for our food the cashier sees all of this because he was basically and leaned up against the drive-thru window smoking down his blunt and she didn’t say a damn thing. I was wondering why on a Friday night there were absolutely no cars or customers besides us there. I will not be visiting Churchs chicken on Theodore Dawes road EVER again. And if you have any class at all I suggest you do the same. This place was worst! If I could give negative stars I would. The first and last time I’ll be eating Churchs Chicken.
