The staff here was awesome, the cashier was smiling, very friendly, and the service was very fast. The Chicken strip family meal with 2 sides fed myself, my wife and kid 2 times, and those honey covered biscuits are to die for. Great experience.

Had a terrible experience today….didn’t get all of the order, had it delivered.So I had to go out to the store in the mid-day heat, use gas, and the food was still terrible. Ordered the Honey Q Chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were more breading than meat and the sweet tea was like maple syrup. The management offered no compensation…no extra anything, no discount, future freebies. Terrible food and service. We’re done with Church’s.

Poor quality oder wasn’t right mashed pototoes were dry & stiff gravy was where they rinse the potwith water!!it didnt even loom link gravy!! Wouldn’t return because we’d ready went back to exchange the wro g chicken ordered . We used to eat here often but it’s really went down.

Only had 3 worker’s working they were so busy until they could not get the orders right the place looked like a tornado hit it but it’s not the employees fault it’s just not enough people to do everything. It’s usually a great place to get a good meal for your family.

Waited over 5 mins at the drive to give my order when there was NOBODY in line, and the lobby is locked!! Waited another 20 minutes just to get chicken tenders! They made me park and bring it out to me. This is the farthest thing from “fast” food you’re gonna get!
