I received the wrong chicken waited for the correct. Asked for a sharable frie and was rung up for a regular. Was argued with when I mentioned it. Had to reorder and wait for a sharable. Guess what, my chicken got cold..did they care..of course not. Then didn’t receive my large coleslaw. Mentioned it and guess what they did?? Gave me a small cup and a half and said thats all they had. But they wanted that money for that sharable frie that was rung up incorrectly. Then when I talked to Phyllis she told me to come back up there and get my large coleslaw. But I thought thats all you had when I was there?!?! I asked for the GM’s name when I called the store and it was her that answered the phone. So you were there when we were treated like this?? She remembered my order she said! Well why didn’t you make it right when we were there? She doesn’t care about who’s coming in there and spending their money. She’s a joke! In Central Alabama I’ve noticed multiple stores have closed. Maybe because of customer service? That’s what seems to be the publics concern. Y’all have great food but maybe the wrong people in your stores. I will be waiting on someone to contact me.

Was in drive thru…asked ro come in. I parked car to come in to only wait 25 minutes on wings. Then when the manager needed to count the drawer he locked us inside the store with them….this was a draining experience for 2- 3 wing combos..ugh! I am do sorry I had to spend my money and time at this one since the Church’s in Prattville is closed.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Lady dressed in regular clothes told me drive thru only as a man in standing in with what appears to be a Christmas gift bag ordering food !! I mention when she tells me drive thru only we are hauling a huge fifth wheel and can NOT fit – she still was very rude and not accommodating!!! Pandemic is over !!! You’ve lost our money and you’ll lose more based off this review with the hundreds and thousands of truck drivers and travelers that will avoid your establishment purposely after reading the treatment we received… just as easy as her suggestion of my standing in a drive thru to Oder , she could’ve took my order and handed it nicely out the door. Due to her I will not patronize ANY Church’s chicken anywhere !!!
