If I could give it negative stars, I would. I wanted to try church’s for the first time and my experience was HORRIBLE. Attitudes were horrible like disgusting. I went yesterday, July 1st 2023 around 9:03 pm. The person who took my order was, cashier Shuwan S, and it was a cook I think she was bigger bodied and black. They were disgustingly rude. I wanted to call corporate on them so rude. They need to do better, I never told them to apply.

We arrived when they first opened and the young lady was very cheerful and helpful, which was unexpected. We chatted for a few and our food came up with 1 to 2 minutes. Everything was fresh and hot that we went back for more.

Attitude,Attitude,Attitude. I ordered the Smoke House Chicken, it was dry, still had some feathers on it, and the customer service was bad. They’re disrespectful,impatient, slow, but have time to talk about everything else except what the customer has ordered. The woman in line in front of me was handled like she was a nobody, and then when it was my turn in which I was returning my order or seeking a refund for my featherly order. I was admittedly approached with a nasty, stanky Attitude before I could even explain what the issue was with my order. Everybody that worked in this store today needs to work on their people and customer service skills. It wouldn’t hurt for them to get some retraining,I would like to talk with someone in corporate about this store. I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only one that had a bad experience with these employees in this store.

They always gone Tell you it’s 15 minutes for chicken so you won’t want it and walk out but it’s worth the wait. get it cooked fresh always even your bombers, okra get it all cooked fresh. Just sit there play on your phone for about 15-20 minutes It’s worth it.

Now as you see u only rated the services. I was there to pick up on the behalf of another. Now, they have an online order area, however, I still had to get in line to get my service. The food was done just not placed out for me to just go. The food looked and smell great, better than ANY CHURCHES I’ve went to, but I always never was a Churches guy. They had a lot of people working, and the service was still slow. They were nice but I think I caught them on a day of training new people to work.
