So I don’t eat at this location very often. But when I do want some chicken, I prefer to go here. So I just left the drive-through. I was ordering three chicken, tender meals for my coworkers. I am a store manager of a small business close by. When I order the three meals , the person at the speaker did say it’s gonna take a while for the food to be done. No problem I’ll wait. Two seconds later they come back and say sorry we can only serve you two of the three meals that you requested. I explain to them that this is for my staff that I can’t bring back two meals in and not feed a third person. I feel like this is very unacceptable. As Store Manager I wouldn’t tell the customer that I can only do part of their order without an explanation.This needs to be addressed.

This is a HORRIBLE experience. We get to the window and they say that they are only accepting exact change or card only. Ok, no big deal. We tried to order wings, but they said they were out. So we order a 3 piece with fries. The fries felt like they had been taken out of the fridge. The chicken looked old and tasted even worse. It tasted old and like it had been fried in year old grease. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Ok, the food was hot and delicious, that’s the reason for the 3 stars! But in the drive thru I asked if they had kids meal and the young lady in the drive thru stated yes, a leg and a biscuit. Get to the window, the order was $18.29 but no kids meal, she stated oh I didn’t even charge you, so had to pay a extra $3 and some change and didn’t give us the drink with the meal. But charged us for the extra drink on the receipt. Also asked what side would I like for the kids meal, I thought it just came with a leg and biscuit! Lastly when she gave us our drinks she gave us straws with no wrapper on them! Went through the drive thru and they weren’t busy.

Anywhere you are supposed to drive in this location is a disastrous fail. The entire parking lot is one giant pothole filled with potholes. The overall cosmetic appearance is terrible and looks nasty.

If I could give zero I would. 30 minutes in line ordered 10 pc they only have legs and thighs no white meat, change the order to tenders ….no tenders all out. They have chicken sandwiches ok. Order unsweetened tea and soda. Get to the checkout and no unsweetened tea or ice. ICE!!! Sigh. So we have Luke warm soda. And they are arguing with each other in the store the manager is yelling at the employees. This after being stuck in the line without a out for 40 minutes. What a waste of time NEVER AGAIN.

Food very greasy and gave us runny bathroom visits. Part of our meal was forgotten but when we came back they gave us extra and fresh to compensate. Will probably not come back again. Not worth the digestive issues.

I give this place 4 stars on service because they were so nice with the way they told me that they were out of dark meat chicken two hours before closing time even though they are in the middle of running a 2-pc. special that features dark meat! So I and three other cars drove off.
