We ordered 3 spicy strip meal. Was told there weren’t anymore spicy strips so we got the original. Upon sharing it with my Gf who doesn’t like spicy food she begins coughing because one of the strips ended up being spicy. So confusing. Nice service food was decent but they have room to tighten up

Been waiting for a 12 pc family pack for 30 mins plus! I asked to get mix chicken spicy and original and they told me they weren’t doing spicy right now only original. I’m a paying customer you should be able to make spicy chicken if it’s available. On top of that all the employees are out side the stores! LIKE WHO IS WATCH THE CHICKEN, MAKING SURE IT DOESNT BURN. The service here is horrible every time i come to this location, there’s always an inconvenience. They seem to never be able to do their job.
