Every time you come in there you have to wait. It doesn’t matter if there’s 10 costomers or 2 you are going to wait. Can yall please hire some people who know what fast food means. I could see if we were waiting for a great quality product but the chicken is bland half the time. I always see people drive off rather than wait. I know how easy this can be . Church’s Chicken is the first job I had and I worked there for 9 years.

This Church’s Chicken use to have five stars however now it’s one of the worse ones I’ve been in. It was one of my favorite places to get chicken. The food has changed (not for the better) as well as the customer service.

The inside didn’t have any seating for dining in. Be better off to get it to go. Honestly, be better of getting it to go from somewhere else. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Waited for about 25mins. The guy took the spicy chicken saying it’s already cooked, stuck it in a microwave heated it up. Took it out put some sauce on it, put on the bread, bagged it and tried to hand it to me. Nah, I’m good, just give me a refund. I can go to dollar tree, buy a spicy chicken sandwich, go home, throw it in my microwave and it’s $3 cheaper. Probably be better eating at “Pope-yes”(Popeyes) .

It’s a catch-22 if you go to churches because you don’t know if the chicken is going to have any flavor that day you’ll go just because you don’t have the money to go anywhere else and they’re cheap chicken. More often than not the chicken is trash these days. I just didn’t have any money so I needed to go there because the line was short compared to Popeye’s. And the shrimp was spicy, very Brady, and you could not really taste the shrimp unless you peeled off some of the better. That 599 meal for the shrimp gumbo was not worth it because you only got about ten little shrimp an a side. I won’t be going back unless it’s $2 Tuesday or 5.99 or 7.99 so at least I won’t have to spend that much and I’ll have food for my cat.

Literally stood at the counter for 15 min and still no order taken yet they continue to take drive through orders and prepare large orders…when I asked about why my order was not taken he said they are “too busy” and that he’s “running business “…. I’ve frequented this location a lot but I will now drive to metropolitan location just to avoid staff at this one.

My order was taken I was told dark chicken was just dropped and would be ready in 16 minutes. I was asked to park in the front of the store. I sat in the front of the store and watched four cars go through drive-thru as I waited. I chose to go back around to the window, and they said sorry we are closed. I stated and showed my receipt that I had paid and was outside waiting for my food that I never got. I was told that it will be another 16 minutes or my food too be ready. This is ridiculous!! To forget about a customer that paid.
