The chicken strips were very dry. They sold me the leftovers that had been sitting out. Aren’t they supposed to discard the chicken before it’s too dry to give the restaurant a bad name? It seems like they would, or at least discount it. Very strange. The BBQ sauce is also too sweet. It needs to be reformulated.

Felt kinda dirty, in addition to the homeless in front of me, had an online coupon that they did not except nor had an alternative to the coupon at “Full” price… in the end they gave me less than I asked for so ended up at KFC … sadly wanted an alternative.

They have a really dirty place. I have never seen it clean . They never have anything no tenders no mash potatoes nothing at all so what are they there for it really sucks its. It not a good place to go anymore. And staff are always rude.

Not trying to spend our money in a place where the employees are so rude. Maybe y’all were having a bad day or something but there’s no reason to take it out on your customers that are simply placing an order. This location was out of a lot of things at the time (which we could’ve totally understood) but aside from attempting to ask a few questions about what we could get (while being almost constantly interrupted in the process), we did not complain one time about it. Yet all we got was attitude and answers spat at us, clipped tones of voice and annoyed expressions as if they were trying to rush us out no matter what they served us. I would’ve given at least 3 stars because the food was actually good, except that it was a little tainted from the nastiness of terrible customer service. Y’all really need to check how you treat people. Oh, and got the order wrong anyways.

Second time I arrived at 1120 am and doors locked. Water on floor in kitchen area. I ordered spicy chicken, got regular. Should have checked before I left but after equipment failure there resulting in no biscuits, no cole slaw , will never go back.

The food was great, once we got it. 15 minutes in line, then another 15 minutes waiting on the food. The kids working are really nice and polite, but they need more direction, such as,if you have a line out the door, you need to start dropping the chicken now, not when it is ordered. 30 minutes for fast food is to long.

It was just okay . The three piece chicken strips didn’t come with fries . There wasn’t any gravy or sauce. It was pricey considering it a three piece meal that came with a biscuit. and a drink . It was hot and well seasoned . The staff was friendly. There are only two people at a time . Masks are required to wear and you must practice self distancing measures.

I was in this establishment for exactly 17 minutes without as much as a welcome when I walked in and stood behind two customers that had already ordered. The clerk/cashier/prep was slowly putting together each order, chicken was under heat already prepared just as I noticed large and small orders of fries sitting in a row. It was lunch time, not busy, food already prepared and no customer friendly service to be found. I don’t have much time for lunch and when half is wasted standing around waiting for service that doesn’t even acknowledge my presence then I choose to no longer recognize the establishments presence.

While their biscuits taste good, their customer service or rather lack there of is horrible. Regardless of the lower prices and ability to grab a quick meal, I will not subject myself to this location. The owner and his employees need to learn how to treat their paying customers with respect.
