Love their honey butter biscuits! Now they made them even better by adding icing to them also. I have only had a problem with an order here 1x out of many. And that time the store has quite a few people waiting for their orders so i ended up with someone else’s order( unfortunately im not a big fan of dark meat chicken on the bone even) The staff is always so polite and quick to get my food done.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Seems like they the only chicken joint that closes at 8pm but the other Churches I’ve been to close at 10pm. Even says on google they close at 10pm. So I guess it depends on how they feel, if they lazy and tired make it in at 5pm to catch the good end. Can’t say its because the area because it’s ones in the bad sides of Chicago open way later. Have to wait until they done with gossip to have your order taken. Nobody knows who what where except when they off work and how many pieces they taking home. 3 stars because when they are open and not many ppl there, a quick cheap meal

The condition of the foundation might not be in tip top shape but the employees do their best to keep business here and I’m so happy considering I looove that Church’s chicken. I’m even more grateful because I live an hour and 1/2 away and anytime I’m in town I’m so happy they’re open and all the more satisfied with the food.

Service left a lot to be desired. If the girl had stayed off her phone she might have gotten my order right. I used to manage churches chicken back in the 80’s and I can tell you that this restaurant doesn’t change their shortening like they are suppose to.

Is this place ever open? The opening time says 1030 on the Google search. So I stopped by and closed but people talking outside smoking. Then I returned at 11 am STILL CLOSED. I guess they don’t need any paying customers. Well I will not ever return. It’s sad because it was a good place at one time

Amazing customer service quick food but the owner should be in jail making those employees work in this heat with no air conditioning!!! It’s 97 outside and hotter in the building whoever owns this location should be fined and shut down until better working conditions!
