Drive thru busy. 3-4 customers inside. Only 2 waiting to order. Took 15min to complete my order. Sliders fresh, chicken from the warmer. Seemingly well staffed, yet person ahead still waiting??! ALWAYS use your coupons..prices are way inflated.

Idk about the service inside but the service through the drive thru straight sucks!! Took about 10 mins just to take my order then you can’t understand them due to the speaker being muffled!! Then when you get to the window you greeted by little home girl rolling her damn eyes w/ that little attitude of hers mad because she at work getting money then she gets a bigger attitude because the order was wrong smh and then after that it took 20 mins to get my damn food!!! And let me tell you they were not all that busy I’ve had better and faster Service at McDonald on lunch rush!! And that says a lot because McDonald’s sucks!! Never ever will I come back to this location

I would never go to that Church’s Chicken ever in my life again I was in the drive thru the second car from the window and it took me 20 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was old chicken old macaroni and cheese and it was cold I was late going back from my lunch break from going to work and I was severely pissed off about it needless to say never ever would I go back there again it was the churches in Warren Michigan on 11th Mile and Gratiot
