30 years ago, it was rundown…still looks the same as I’ve always remembered. Food was ok. Kids didn’t like the megabites chicken or the honey butter biscuits…I loved the biscuits. Chicken strips were good. My boys said the chicken sandwich was good. Fries good. Fountain drinks are behind the counter so refills were inconvenient. Bathrooms small..legs under sink to sit on toilet.

Food is decent when you receive the order you requested. Customer Service is the worst. Went in this morning with who looks like a new hire and had to argue about what I know I ordered. She told me I couldn’t ate what she gave me. I asked for some fresh hash browns because the one I had were cold, mine you I have left the restaurant and returned home and sitting on my couch, this woman tells me they were hot when I gave them to you. This is the only restaurant in the area, but you will never see me in that establishment again.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, repeated my order numerous times including twice at the window. They had not even started filling my order. I left with no food. My lunch break isn’t long enough to wait on their incompetence. It’s a fast food place!

Went to wash hands in bathroom and doors were locked, went to front and ordered food I asked manager was a key needed for bathroom and she said they were out of order… immediately I said to take my card out, because I need to wash my hands before I eat. She then produced a key to open door. I really didn’t appreciate her dishonesty, especially when this is a food environment where germs can be passed through food., I’m not from area was just passing through area working. Very unprofessional

I have always been a huge fan of Church’s Chicken….today my family and I traveling from Ridgeland, SC to Livingston, AL decided to go through York and we came across Church’s While at the speaker the cashier said can I take your order we placed our order she never repeated the order or anything we had to repeat the order and was told to drive around…after we got to the window we were not greeted she only said it would be 6 minutes for the apple pies, we said ok…when she came back to the window three minutes later she asked what did we want our sides to be….she left the window again when she finally came back she gave the total and I said ma’am you never asked what we’d like for our drinks…she said I didn’t know you wanted drinks, but last I checked drinks come with any combos!? So I told her then she got my debit card and brought back the clipboard with the receipt and my card so that I could sign it had tip amount on there 0.00 poor customer service at it’s finest and looking through the drive thru window while waiting 10 minutes the cashier on front counter wasn’t pleasant waiting on customers either!!! Very disappointed and a little please, thank you and you’re welcome never hurts saying it to any of your customers

I use to love fried chicken , but I can no.longer eat it , but the lady that does. My hair loves it ! So on every Friday I stop by and get her a box of chicken !! And she gets full and I get great hair , its a win win for us both

By far the worst church’s ive ever been too they are only friendly to locals everyone before and after me got fresh chicken but me and my family got what appeared to be the oldest chicken but they’ll NEVER GET ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MINES and that’s a promise and they dont deserve the one star I’ve given them
