We just moved to this neighborhood and were sorry to be farther from our favorite taqueria. Tried this one on a whim. It’s fantastic. I always try the enchiladas first, because you can’t fake good sauce. It was very tasty. The carnitas were also very good. Rice and beans were on point. And the prices were fair. The salsas we’re good, except the habañero, which was delicious. Worth the trip for that salsa alone. Thank God it’s within walking distance of our house because I’m going to need to burn some calories next time we come.

Love their food! A large variety of delicious authentic Mexican food. Always fresh and tasty. Each meal comes with free chips and salsa. Great staff. Eat inside or call in/walk in and take to go. If you love Mexican food, you will love Chunky’s.

Excellent fast Mexican food. I had two super tacos with black beans and mild chicken and a regular nachos. VERY tasty and the salsa bar with unlimited chips was a nice addition. A clean establishment with friendly staff who was always smiling. It is a Taqueria but big enough for small group get togethers or take out for just one if you like.

Always friendly and helpful, with burritos that I will drive past several other good options to get. Service is fast and they are interested in making sure I get what I want. Don’t let their intense and focused look fool you – when they are speaking to you they are unfailingly warm and genuine.

Great food but not a fancy restaurant. More of an order to go place but you can eat there.

They make a good 1/4 burger here believe it or not. The crinkle cut fries are fantastic too, as are a lot of things on this menu. My friend always orders the taco salads here as well as the quesadillas.
