The food and staff were awesome! The only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because it is outside only dining, which was fine, the tables and area were clean, but I feel inside dining would have been great, too! I hope the owners will consider opening the restaurant back up!

Sandwiches were really good. Service was minimal but sufficient. Atmosphere was outdoor seating only, which we lucked out with good weather, light/no wind, no flying bugs. Rear entrance was exactly as you’s expect the rear entrance to a kitchen to be. But, we enjoyed our sandwiches.

We just used the Chuck Wagon for our wedding and they went above and beyond our expectations! We got the roasted pig and prime rib and the food was amazing! We also got the charcuterie table for our cocktail hour and it was truly unbelievable. They did such a great job! We had so many compliments on our food. Highly recommend!

If you like soup, salad, and sandwich, this is the place for you. Very good food, a hefty portion, and a good price. The ambience lives up to the name. It feels like you are eating at a chuckwagon. The simple atmosphere was refreshing from a cluttered world. The steak sandwich had a delicious smokey flavor. The chicken and bleu cheese on the salad was fresh and tasty. Be aware their hours are from 11 to 2:30. We almost missed it. I’m glad we didn’t. I’m not from the area, but will make it a point to go back sometime. Good place to take friends for lunch. No deserts, but I didn’t care. I could have had another steak sandwich for desert.

I highly recommend eating here. The portions are very large and very delicious!! The service is great.The prices are reasonable. This is one of the best restaurants in Somerset to eat at. Anything I have ever ordered has been great.I admit I am a very picky eater but I have always been more than satisfied with what I’ve ordered here.

I was extremely happy with the food that was served at my daughter’s wedding. There was plenty food. No chance of running out. Got many compliments from the wedding guests. We were a little late getting to the reception and they rolled with it, but we do apologize. Sometimes it is hard to judge how long pictures will take. Thanks for serving the wedding on 9/29/18.

I’ve tried almost everything on this menu..DELICIOUS! Make sure to visit for lunch; no dinner service.. Friendly staff/ lil wait time for food! An absolute must try place for lunch!! Enjoy the rustic decor inside or enjoy outdoors when seating is available during seasons that are weather permitting..
