Celebrated my nephew’s birthday and it went great! The kids had a blast! Some of the games weren’t working. The service could have been better but it was an overall great time! I would recommend this place for a kid’s birthday or even to just do a fun night out with the kids!

Delicious food, the games were working well. I like the option of the wristband for the playtime. The only thing is that I remember Chuck E. used to walk around every hour dance, and take photos with the kids, we were there more than an hour and Chuck E only showed up for the birthday party.

Let’s begin with the security feature. You know the one where there’s someone to greet you when and give you and your child matching hand stamps – didn’t happen. They were not busy. Well wait, the staff was busy talking to each other. When we finally caught they’re attention, they told us to come in. No one stamped anything. I ordered Wings/Pizza and the Salad Bar. Food was horribly OVERPRICED and severely UNDERWHELMING. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve taken my children (now grown) when they were younger. Now, everything is automated, more than half the of the games don’t work, you can’t get staff to help you as they’re way too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves to assist the patrons. NEVER EVER order any food from this place. The wings were so small that they look like Sparrow’s wings. Tasteless and overpriced just like the pizza.

Edit: mine was a walk in play for my 3 year old. With him being born just before the pandemic, he’s never had a chance to play in such an environment. For him, this was not a good fit for play, he doesn’t get screen time, so he doesn’t know how to play video games. I was looking for soft play areas for toddlers, though again, the pandemic made changes to everything. He did have fun, just not as much as I thought he would have. Will definitely try again next year when he turns 4.

Oh gosh! Let me tell you this place has changed so much since I have been. They have good selection of games for the kids. Got table lady greeted us had nice smile and asked anything else that you need. Food was good great customer service and good atmosphere was perfect.

Honestly a great time. Lisa the manager was slammed last night and she took such amazing care of us and made sure the salad bar was fresh! She took her time with us and explained everything about getting us a good deal. Even though there was a line forming of folks who needed her attention; she didn’t make us feel rushed or anything.

The price is a little high for a family, we had a pizza, wings, and salad with 45 mins of play and it was about $110. However, the customer service is phenomenal. We had a lollipop shatter and it was exchanged for a new one without issue. We like their selection of prizes for games as well. Might consider this place for a birthday party in the future.

Always a great place for the kids to burn off energy. We recently celebrated my youngest 2nd birthday (and despite the price always being on the steep side), we had a great time. They changed the regular token cards from one set amount (such as 120 tokens), and now offer of a length of time instead (such as unlimited play for 90 minutes, with option to pause time twice). This option is great if you have little ones that like to buy games for everyone else.
