I came here a few days ago, though I still wanted to highlight the excellent experience I had here. This is notably a very unique location as it is the last in the world to still use the early 90s “Chuck E Cheese Pizza” signage. And with that in mind there’s plenty of delightful artwork from that era to ogle at. While the main attraction, the animatronics were not functioning at the time, I couldn’t say the same for how cordial and helpful the employees were to me. The games while old have their charm and functioned as expected. Overall this is a very quality and special store you won’t see else where.

Very disappointing. They are out of chicken wings, PIZZA SAUCE and no salad bar. We decided to stay because our 4 y/o grandson had already become excited to play games. We ordered the appetizer sampler that supposedly served 4 but…..I guess they meant 4 small children. Order was wrong when it came out. The employee working the counter was very sweet and apologetic for the lack of pizza, wings, etc. So, we spent $70 on a tiny appetizer sampler, a few drinks and a 60-minute pay card. They replaced the wings that were wrong with tiny burnt ones. Such a waste of money. There seemed to be a manager (assuming) who was lingering near the food pick up area and saw when we received our burnt chicken and walked the other way. Lesson learned. Should’ve read the reviews beforehand

The absolute worst service ever, it took more than 2hrs to get our order. There was only one person in the kitchen a young man who was way over his head, no sense of urgency, pride in his work just to name a few. I complained so many times to the shift supervisor but she had very little influence on the cook. The actual manager never came to handle the issue, the young supervisor did her best. When we got our boneless chicken it was burnt, the cook said it’s okay, and there’s nothing he can do and it’s okay to eat.. when I showed the shift supervisor she was shocked to see and hear the burnt chicken and the cooks response. The whole experience was just the worst, we were there celebrating our son’s 2nd birthday with his adult sisters before we traveled out of country but it was ruined. No sense of pride or ownership nor professionalism whatsoever except for the young supervisor. The other Chuckie Cheese down at the sports arena is good, we had no issues with that experience only the one at this location.

I came in on a Friday afternoon (about 2) with my daughter (almost 3). This location was clean but a lot smaller than the other location I had visited (College Grove). There was nobody checking in kids/parents. Lots of open seating. All the games seemed to be working and the ride ons looked clean. I wish they had the “show” playing at least once so my daughter could have seen the animatronics in action. The staff seemed disengaged and inattentive even though there weren’t many customers . When we first came in there was an unhoused man sitting at one of the tables eating someone’s leftover food/drink – he left a few minutes after we got there but I do wish there had been staff to prevent non customers from entering in the first place. I would only come back if I was in the area again (too small) but good for young kids especially during off peak times.

Great customer service. Our party host Lindsey was great. Pizza was fresh and tasty. Also seen workers cleaning tables at a timely manner. Great experience for the kids enjoying a birthday party. Birthday package at a great deal. Cake was also great.

A really fun experience for the little ones. REALLY clean place and safe. Jasmine and Devonte are super nice. 30 bucks for an hour of play is the best. The restrooms are super clean.

Very clean. Staff was very informative and helpful. Games were meant for like 5 year Olds and up. I remember a climbing structure when I was little but things have changed.

We didn’t eat here tonight, just came for the kids to play games. I’d say 35-40% of the games were broken. All the locations have some games that are broken. This one was ridiculous. There was also no one to check us out when we were ready to go. When the employees finally reappeared, they just said, “Oh, you’re good.” I don’t like to give poor reviews (if you look at my other reviews, most are 5 stars and only a few are poor) and give the benefit of the doubt, but this location was pretty bad tonight and we go to one location or another about once per week, so I have a basis of comparison.

This was a huge disappointment. We were visiting from out of town, where we don’t have a Chuck E. Cheese, our son was so excited to get to come but several games didn’t even work. The games would let us scan the card but then didn’t do anything. Once we finally got to the prize counter they were “out” of almost every single prize my son wanted because the woman working didn’t have a key. It was a complete rip off.
